I had an issue with one of the Garage doors hitting my Truck as I pulled into my Garage, my fault. Couldn't completely shut the door. I called on Sunday your Service Technician Ethan Tsirulik was here at the Scheduled service call time on Monday June 2. He quickly identified the issue explained that he could get it fixed now and quickly went about doing all kinds of things to make it right. He explained everything he was doing and why. He was very friendly; polite, professional and you could tell he really knew what he was doing. He also gave me several quotes for various levels of Insulated doors which we had thought about and could consider. We've used Precision several times and always very very pleased with the quick and available response as well as the quality and expertise of the Technicians and the Text messages that kept us informed of when etc. the Technician would arrive. Thanks

While I didn't care for the bot answering questions on their website, all the people I spoke with at Precision Garage Door were great. David Paz arrived on time, clearly presented the options for a replacement garage door opener, priced it, removed the old unit, installed the new one, and made sure that it was integrated properly. Couldn't ask for more. A sure bet.

I chose Precision Door based when neighborhood recommendations. I have found them to be nothing but professional.My most recent service was by Ethan Tsirulik who was so helpful and went a little beyond what he needed to do. Besides that he was a great guy with a good sense of humor. My problem was fixed in about five minutes.

All I can say is "WOW"!!!!!!! Our experience with Precision could not have been more perfect from start to finish........beginning with Louis who came out to assess our problem, going over all the possibilities to fix it or replace it ,doing the measuring, etc. and giving us the estimate. Our new garage door was a special order because of its size. We received a call on a Friday saying that our door had just arrived and that it could be installed the very next day. Nicholas arrived and did a wonderful job with the installation which was seamless and perfect. He then went over everything with us, showing us all the improvements, additions etc. that were part of the new door. Both Louis and Nicholas were so courteous and professional. I have 2 o.h. Garage doors and finally switched to Precision service . They have new trucks fully stocked no ordering. Their mechanics are well trained and dressed no hard sell .They have everything on an I pad which shows you the part and price which they send you an invoice right there .
