Complete professional service - from the point we made an appointment till the service was completed. All within 24 hours. Kevin Stasiak, a technician from Precision Door, showed up on time, diagnosed the existing door openers and provided options for upgrade as requested. He was friendly, communicated very well and most importantly had a great subject knowledge and expertise. He was very efficient and completed the job in about an hour. I’ve never been disappointed with anyone on Precision’s team. They've always arrived on time and they give you a half hour notice before arriving. You’re sent an email advising who is coming including their photo. Today John came to see why my garage door wouldn’t open or close. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. After checking, he saw that it was the outlet and not the motor. He was very honest and didn’t try to say it was anything more serious. I was concerned that if I lost the power connection again it would be very difficult to open and close the door manually. My HOA replaced the door several years ago with their own contractor and it wasn’t a good job. The door would just slam shut when closed manually. It wasn’t guided by a spring and it didn’t have handles to open and close manually. John explained the entire system to me and suggested a new motor system that had a battery backup. I decided to replace it immediately. I asked if he could put handles on the door. I would have to push the door up until I could get my foot under it and then lift it by hand. When shutting it the door would slam down hard. The motor he installed is amazing. The door glides up and down easily and is very quiet. It has a bright LED light that turns on as soon as I walk into the garage. He also put 2 handles on the door. The price was very reasonable and he was done in under 2 hours.

I had Shane come early and promptly discovered my issue and gave me options and explained what was broken and why it needed the repairs and upgrades on parts. I was extremely pleased with the service performance by Rick C. He evaluated my entire garage door opening system and made recommendations based on what he saw. He gave me detailed explanations for each area of concern and made it clear and easy for me to make decisions. Once I made them he immediately went to work installing a new opener including the track system. Once finished he walked me through the remote control settings and did test opening and closing. Rick was professional all they way and also enjoyed meeting and petting my dog Blaze. I would highly recommend Precision if you need repair work all a new opener.

Great service from start to finish! I was advised to buy a new garage door opener instead of repairing my old one (20+), and it turned out to be the right decision. Everything got updated and works so much better, new remote, new key pad, which even is compatible with my other door opener. Everything was explained clearly and honestly, with no pressure at all.
