The service was on time and excellent. Damaged parts(Spring was broken ) were readily available on the van and don’t have to wait for replacements. Service mechanic was knowledgeable and explained fully. As with any home service, price was little stiffer but compared to prompt and professional service. I would say it was worth and reasonable. Overall I was pleased withe service I have received.

I had an issue with my garage door remote not working on a consistent basis. Precision was extremely quick with their response and appointment time. Customer service was top notch. When the tech arrived, I thought I was going to get a hard sell to buy all new motors and equipment. But the tech was kind and courteous as he explained it was an issue with the LED lightbulbs I was using. How refreshing it is to deal with a company that is not trying to oversell something that is not needed. I rarely write review but I had to based on how impressed I was with my experience. When my garage door openers do finally give out, I will definitely be using Precision. Highly recommend!

I would’ve given 5 stars except for having to deal with a call center to get to a local office. I had to speak to 3 different people using the 800 number…..they were clueless until I finally got to my local office to book an appointment for maintenance.
