We had a sudden (aren't they all?) issue with our garage door opener and needed a quick turnaround. Not only was Precision able to be out here the next day, they were even able to be here earlier than I had scheduled. Ricky, our technician, was great. Explained everything simply and made the process super painless. Also, I must say, as someone who manages a customer service team for a living, the text message "introducing" me to him before he showed up was a very nice touch - one I wish more companies would implement. A neighborly company, indeed. All in all, great job and I will recommend Precision to anyone and everyone in the future.

They were prompt, courteous, friendly and fast. I liked that they gave me a window of 12pm to 4pm and at exactly 12pm, they let me know they were finishing up at another site.
