We were very pleased with the work that Ethan Tsirulik did to get our garage door working on such a cold day. He was very professional and safety conscious. We were also very pleased with the scheduling staff in arranging to have the work done at a time when we had both cars trapped in the garage. We have used Precision the last two times that we needed garage service and would recommend them to anyone needing this kind of service.

I called Precision Garage Door Service to fix my garage door on a Saturday during the winter, meaning it was an emergency as I didn't want to leave my car outdoors. Their service was outstanding. From the first phone call to the repair service, Precision showed a remarkable customer service. The reason why I am giving four stars, it's because I felt the service was way overpriced. As a comparison, I did a similar service in my previous home garage door 2 years ago and paid less than 1/3 of the price. That other company was not available to do the emergency service for me today.

I'll put it this way, price was right, door was of high quality and exactly what we wanted; installation was quick and fault free; installer was quick and pleasant to converse with and we couldn't be happier. Very professional and met all of our expectations. Fred was exceptionally courteous and he got the door done fast - you should have more of his type as he is super. All done on a 15 degree day.

The name of this company, Precision, clearly describes their quality of work. Everything from the appointment process to the job performed was done with impeccable efficiency. One morning, my garage door came off the hinges and would not open and close properly. I called Precision and they were able to send Sean out in just a few hours. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and immediately assessed the damage and provided a quote. He was all done in about half an hour and the door works fine. Very happy with their service and I will definitely contact them again if the need arises.

Ethan Tsirulik did a very professional job assisting with our garage opener. We needed to restore service for our homelink for our 2 vehicles and our outdoor wall pad. We reviewed several alternatives, picked what we thought was our best strategy, and got the system back in action. I have a garage door that is about 25 years old. The operating system failed and I contacted Precision based on previous work they did on my other garage door. The Tech, Luke arrived early to the scheduled appointment. He was knowledgeable and courteous. The operating system needed a complete replacement. The work was done in about an hour. The door is now operating as good as new. Thanks for the prompt service. Luke did a great job!

PRECISION DOOR exceeded my expectations by far!!! I called at 1:00 pm today to make an appointment. PRECISION was here and work very professionally completed by 4:30 pm. WOW that’s fast! David Bryan, the technician, was very courteous, inspected the entire mechanism, made recommendations and expertly completed the work, solving the problem. I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. Extremely prompt same day service. David was not only polite and personable, but explained all parts of my original garage door opening system and got to the root of the problem with immediate efficiency. There was no “upsale” to replace what was still functioning and the conclusion to replace what no longer worked, with price point choices, made decisions easy. Work was completed quickly, after which operating instructions were reviewed by David with me, in addition to providing the usual manufacturer’s product manual. The garage was also left in pristine condition with all installation debris removed. What a treat to experience prompt, pleasant and skilled service from David and Precision!
