My garage door opener failed after 25 years. The technician Rob diagnosed that the motor could not be replaced and recommended a replacement system. The new system has many upgrades from the original system and works great. Rob was courteous, knowledgeable and installed the new system in less time than quoted. He walked me through the operation until I was satisfied. It was a great experience!

Made an appointment for an estimate to replace 2 noisy door openers. John D arrived on time worked up an estimate and clearly explained options. After applying appropriate discounts, I agreed and was pleasantly surprised that he could do the job immediately, since his truck was supplied with everything needed. He completed the task quickly and was joined by an associate, Kilian, who assisted. He walked me through the programming and phone app. Both of these men were wonderful and friendly, answered all my concerns. The opener works perfectly and I would certainly recommend them and Precision Door for any garage door issues in the future.

I have a garage door that is about 25 years old. The operating system failed and I contacted Precision based on previous work they did on my other garage door. The Tech, Luke arrived early to the scheduled appointment. He was knowledgeable and courteous. The operating system needed a complete replacement. The work was done in about an hour. The door is now operating as good as new. Thanks for the prompt service. Luke did a great job!
