Ferdinand (TK) installed our garage door openers and they have been working fine until the past few weeks. Apparently, the sensor was moved inadvertently and caused the door to not operate properly. TK fixed it within a few minutes. Thanks so much for your assistance.

I have a garage door that is about 25 years old. The operating system failed and I contacted Precision based on previous work they did on my other garage door. The Tech, Luke arrived early to the scheduled appointment. He was knowledgeable and courteous. The operating system needed a complete replacement. The work was done in about an hour. The door is now operating as good as new. Thanks for the prompt service. Luke did a great job!
