I had an issue with one of the Garage doors hitting my Truck as I pulled into my Garage, my fault. Couldn't completely shut the door. I called on Sunday your Service Technician Ethan Tsirulik was here at the Scheduled service call time on Monday June 2. He quickly identified the issue explained that he could get it fixed now and quickly went about doing all kinds of things to make it right. He explained everything he was doing and why. He was very friendly; polite, professional and you could tell he really knew what he was doing. He also gave me several quotes for various levels of Insulated doors which we had thought about and could consider. We've used Precision several times and always very very pleased with the quick and available response as well as the quality and expertise of the Technicians and the Text messages that kept us informed of when etc. the Technician would arrive. Called Precision and within 2 hours technician David was here. David explained everything that needed repair and or replaced which was extensive. He performed all work as explained. When David left the door operated better than ever. I was extremely happy with the service.

The technician was on time, courteous and did quality work. Unfortunately I don't see where the replacement of these parts for one door cost $950. I was also interested in having the other door hardware upgraded but the cost is too high. I did research and these parts can be bought for less on line or at local hardware stores. To compare I bought and installed by myself two belt drive openers locally for less than this. WOW - I was blown away by the professionalism and technical expertise of George, the technician who serviced our door. He called about 30 minutes prior to arriving simply to give us the courtesy of knowing when he was arriving (he could not have fixed the door at all and I still would have been impressed with just that aspect of the service). When he arrived at our home he was polite, respectful and carried himself in a self-assured confident manner. He quickly diagnosed the multitude of issues we were experiencing and took the time to give us multiple options to remedy the problem. At NO time did I feel like we were being "sold" or pushed into something we did not need. His recommendations were appropriate, made sense and were all offered with our safety in mind. His work was commensurate with his attitude and professionalism. He did a beautiful job, left the garage neat and clean and most importantly left us feeling like we made the right decision choosing Precision Garage Door. George is truly an asset to your organization. If he is not a lead tech already - he should be. He should also have a leadership role in the organization relative to customer service training.
