Alan arrived right on time and made efforts to repair our 28 year old openers but one was beyond repair and the other on it's last leg so we moved quickly to replacement. Alan thoroughly explained the issues and options. He had everything he needed on his truck and had both done openers and keypads and switches installed in just a few hours time. I had some issues with the rollers on my garage doors and in general, they needed a service. Vincent analyzed the situation and gave me some options, including replacing my garage door motors, which were quite old. I couldn't believe that he got the job done same day! A great upgrade and the work was impeccable. We always use Precision to take care of our garage doors.

I usually don't write reviews but wanted to recognize the amazing job - quick, efficient, communicative and courteous. Our garage’s tension wire and spring broke down. They sent me a text to confirm the same-day appointment, and actually came within an hour.! They texted me who is coming and gave me a call before arrival. John who serviced our door was very courteous and efficient. Quickly tool photos, showed an estimate, and replaced the tension coil and wire all within 2hrs. Garage back working in 3hrs end to end on a Sunday afternoon.! Kudos to Precision Door Service of Northern NJ and John Delpiu who serviced our garage. The best service response I had in years. Thanks again!

We’ve used Precision to service our LiftMaster openers since we built our house 21 years ago and we’ve NEVER been disappointed! When we needed new garage doors, their sales person, Tammy, came out and was totally prepared, extremely knowledgeable and carefully listened to what our needs were. She made three suggestions, gave us accurate quotes on the spot and went out of her way to call another client to take a photo of their installed doors, so we could see how they looked on the inside of the garage. Tammy also met us early on Saturday morning to show us more samples of different manufacturers and an actual door from Fimble, the company we were most interested in. She was so informative and nice! We ended up with the perfect doors for us and we never felt pushed into the sale or upsold. Dealing with Tammy was a pleasure and we would highly recommend Precision to anyone looking for a high quality product and great customer service.

Got to the house a little early after calling to tell me he would be early. Was polite and replaced the parts with no fuss. I was thrilled. No sitting around for hours waiting for him to show up. No repair was necessary. We just had not understood the system, i.e. the lock mode, which the technician then explained to us. We chose the company because they had installed a new opener in the past. I wish the problem could have been explained on the phone, which would have saved us money and him the trip. The technician was very polite.
