I had a malfunctioning laser eye - the beam would come and go raandomly. The tech. arrived, adjusted the eye, and we thought we were set - until it simply malfunctioned again, allowing us to realize there was a mechanical problem vs. adjustment problem. Precision was courteous enough to send out another tech to replace the eye and credit my previous service call. Courteous and reasonable, they worked with me even though it was an issue not caused by thier fine work. Thank you Precision Door and Glen Nunez.

One of my laser eyes was (is) acting up and I could not get a consistent beam w/ my green light. I was not aware how simple the fix seemed to be until Tim stopped by on service call and adjusted the camera and all seemed well. Unfortunately, soon after he left the green light went off, and unfortunately I can not seem to get it back on line consistently again. Tim was great, no problem with him. It did appear that the fix was made. However, within a day, I am back to where we started, with no consistent solid beam with the laser eyes. Costly appointment with no long term satisfaction.

We contacted Mr. Smith, the safety eyes were short circuted, we have had a technician replace the existing safety eyes at no charge. We apologize for the inconvience, but with shorted wires, they sometimes work and they sometimes don't. This fix should address your concerns.
