We had Xavi fix our garage door today. He came within the expected timeframe, called when he was on his way, evaluated the situation and offered a choice of fixes. He then fixed the door quickly and satisfactorily. He was friendly and neat.

I had used Precision to fix our garage door mechanisms in our previous house in Randolph, so when the lifting cable snapped in our new home I didn’t hesitate to use them again. Ethan gave options of what could be done to fix the problem as well as, at my request, sort out the noisy 2nd garage door. We discussed options and I am happy with the one I went with. Both doors now operate smoothly and the noisy door is now very quiet. Rollers replaced on the noisy door and springs and cables replaced on the other door. Ethan took the time to show me maintenance lube points to keep things moving smoothly. Happy customer.

From the time we called for service until the time the truck left our driveway, everything was outstanding. Sean Sotelo was very professional in explaining issues and offering various choices on what action to take. Excellent experience with Mike G and James N repairing our "phantom" opening and closing door. Called late evening yesterday and spoke to someone to book an appointment live for the next day. Got a window which they were on time for and communicative about when they will arrive. Went through the options to diagnose the problem (needed new wall unit controller and tightening of the springs to reduce load on the motor to prevent bigger issues down the road). Wrapped up the job within 2 hours and answered all questions. Highly recommend the company and these two technicians in particular. Very pleased and feel better knowing the door is safe.

Everything was so simple. I had a quick online chat early in the morning requesting a review of my garage door. At 10am someone arrived, inspected our door and motor. I had the pleasure of working with John Delpiú from Precision, and he was fantastic! He kept us in the loop and gave us a heads-up about his arrival time. John walked us through various options for a new motor, set it up the same day, and completed the job in under 2 hours. He was friendly, thorough, and made sure we were comfortable with the setup.
