I made one phone call, and the technician was at my home in less than 2 hours. The garage door problem was reviewed by Vincent LoVerde, and then he proposed three solutions. After explaining all the options, we came to an agreement on how best to replace the broken parts. Vincent was extremely helpful and completed the task in about 90 minutes. I was super impressed with the efforts made by him and his customer care team. I will be using this company again and again!

I chose Precision Overhead because of the 24 hour service. I was not only unable to open the garage but locked out of the front door. I was disappointed to learn I'd have to wait till the next day but early the next morning I received a phone call from a lovely woman who moved my appointment up to that morning. Killian McKnight arrived on time, figured out the problem and waited with us until the locksmith arrived so he could inspect the whole mechanism. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable. Tommy came by to fix our garage door motor and hardware -the day after a huge snow storm. He showed up on time, was incredibly knowledgeable, and walked us through our various options. John was extremely thorough in his evaluation of our unit and explained the limitations involved with potential repair to the opener. John was very professional, answered questions with replies that could be understood. We were informed as to his expected arrival time and he was very prompt. Besides John all other personnel who spoke to us treated us in a very courteous, friendly and helpful manner. After discussing the options, John used his leaf blower to blow out the leaves that had blown into the garage, without even being asked. Very appreciated.

They were prompt, courteous, friendly and fast. I liked that they gave me a window of 12pm to 4pm and at exactly 12pm, they let me know they were finishing up at another site. Then about 40 minutes later, they called me and said they'd be to me in 10 to 15 minutes, and they were. They were helpful and I highly recommend them.

The whole process was wonderful from start to finish. The text appointment confirmation and day of install update were appreciated, as was the tidbit of our installer, Tommy, before meeting him. Once here, Tommy was professional, personable, and efficient. The whole installation took about an hour, and he took his time to be sure every detail was completed correctly. All I can say is "WOW"!!!!!!! Our experience with Precision could not have been more perfect from start to finish........beginning with Louis who came out to assess our problem, going over all the possibilities to fix it or replace it ,doing the measuring, etc. and giving us the estimate. Our new garage door was a special order because of its size. We received a call on a Friday saying that our door had just arrived and that it could be installed the very next day. Nicholas arrived and did a wonderful job with the installation which was seamless and perfect. He then went over everything with us, showing us all the improvements, additions etc. that were part of the new door. Both Louis and Nicholas were so courteous and professional. It was a great experience and a pleasure to work with both!!!!! Paula Baker
