I’ve never been disappointed with anyone on Precision’s team. They've always arrived on time and they give you a half hour notice before arriving. You’re sent an email advising who is coming including their photo. Today John came to see why my garage door wouldn’t open or close. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. After checking, he saw that it was the outlet and not the motor. He was very honest and didn’t try to say it was anything more serious. I was concerned that if I lost the power connection again it would be very difficult to open and close the door manually. My HOA replaced the door several years ago with their own contractor and it wasn’t a good job. The door would just slam shut when closed manually. It wasn’t guided by a spring and it didn’t have handles to open and close manually. John explained the entire system to me and suggested a new motor system that had a battery backup. I decided to replace it immediately. I asked if he could put handles on the door. I would have to push the door up until I could get my foot under it and then lift it by hand. When shutting it the door would slam down hard. The motor he installed is amazing. The door glides up and down easily and is very quiet. It has a bright LED light that turns on as soon as I walk into the garage. He also put 2 handles on the door. The price was very reasonable and he was done in under 2 hours.

I must say, Calling Precision to address my garage door opener was the right choice. From a previous service call, when they installed a new garage door opener, 6 years ago, the service then was excellent. Today, Ricky Christensen, came to adjust a separate door opener and he gave me several options on how to remedy my problem. He was polite and displayed professionalism in his assessment to execute the repair. Precision installed our garage doors 11 years ago and they were great. Yesterday one of the springs broke. I went online and made and appointment for this morning. Mike arrived promptly at 8am, was super friendly, knowledgable, and professional. He explained my options. By 10am both my doors had new springs, cables, and rollers with a 7 year warranty. I couldn't ask for better service or better quality.

One of the springs broke and I wasn't able to open my garage door and it was after 9pm. I went on the internet looking for a reputable company to call, once I read all of the 5 star reviews I knew this was the company I wanted to fix my door. They set up an appt for the next morning. Chris was my tech and he took the time to explain what needed to be replaced and what would be the best option.
