One of the springs broke and I wasn't able to open my garage door and it was after 9pm. I went on the internet looking for a reputable company to call, once I read all of the 5 star reviews I knew this was the company I wanted to fix my door. They set up an appt for the next morning. Chris was my tech and he took the time to explain what needed to be replaced and what would be the best option. He was very polite and knowledgeable and when he was done there wasn't a mess left behind! He was awesome and did a great job! I would highly recommend this company.

Thia was my first experience with your company and I was very pleased with the entire process. I called first thing in the morning about a broken cable and the service was performed the same day (only three hours after I called). What a pleasure to work with this company. Their customer service answered the call right away and gave me an appointment for the next day. My technician was Lou R and he called me prior to the appt as I requested. Lou explained the replacement door opener that I needed and the necessary repairs to the garage door and gave me some options. There was no hard selling and I didn't feel pressured at all. He was very courteous and professional and you could tell he really enjoys what he does. Without a doubt I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.

The Tech's name was Kevin. He called and arrived 15 minutes early. He was polite and professional. He explained why I needed a new Door opener and had replacements on his truck which was great. He replaced the opener in about 45 minutes and had everything coded and ready to go. Everything was clean and all garbage removed. Perfect!!

Tim Arrived at my home at the time he had stated. He explained the workings of the garage door and I settled on replacing the worn parts and safety cables he had noted. Tim was very professional, pleasant and has a in-depth knowledge of garage doors. I was impressed with his workmanship and how quick he replaces the parts. It was a pleasure to watch a craftsman at his craft. When Tim left my home my garage door was working like it was new. I have just one comment. If you charge $69 for a service call that should be waived if there is work preformed but charged if no work is done. Thank You , David Lewis

5***** Lou R installed my garage door opener in July. He was extremely professional, as well as personable. He took great care to explain and show me what he was doing. He return this month to fix the sensor that I had knocked off the door frame. Again, Lou called first, arrived on time, corrected the problem and fixed it so I can't create the same problem again. Great company, great technicians and great service.

I am very pleased with the service I received today. First off, although the arrival time was 8:00 am-noon, the technician Chris called me first thing when he knew that he would be coming at 11:00. I appreciated the few hours of "freedom" to leave home as necessary, and Chris arrived when he promised. Chris proved to be very personable and completely professional. He quickly determined the situation (one opener could be made to work with the addition of a new remote, the other would have to be replaced). Chris explained the options after explaining the condition and requirements of our doors. Chris also described to me the possibility of upgrading the garage door hardware (springs, rollers etc.). I never mind being shown options as long as I'm not being subjected to the "hard sell", and the door upgrade is something I'll consider for the future. Chris ran into a few snags during the installation (remember, this is an older house), but his remark was that it would be a dull job without a few challenges! Installation complete, Chris took time to double check everything,to set a new code on the external keypad, and to make sure I could operate everything. Our one original opener will not last forever. When the time comes, I'll call Precision. See you then, Chris!

Rob, our service tech was great! He was getting ready to check out for the day when my service request came in. He was at my home within 50 minutes of my call. Within minutes, we were able to get the garage open, trouble shoot the trouble and while on site, provided an estimate for new doors.
