Precision Door has excellent customer service. They create a seamless experience for the customer, from the ease of scheduling to the prompt emailing of the receipt/invoice as soon as the job is done. They called to let me know they would arrive about 30 minutes earlier than scheduled, which was remarkable given that it was the day after Thanksgiving. My garage door was fixed within an hour. Roberto was friendly and efficient. If I can’t avoid paying loads of money for repairs, I at least appreciate having the process go smoothly and quickly.

James was very knowledgable and did a quick and thorough job replacing the springs and pulleys, and adding safety cables, which our door lacked. Parts prices seemed a bit on the high side, but getting service on a Saturday within three hours of when I called was definitely a plus.

His ability to not only diagnose and give choices as to both the cost of fixing the problems associated with an aging door opener system (19 years old), but also how he would correct the problems and the guarantee's and costs associated with the choices made.
