We had an excellent experience with Precision. After our garage door abruptly and rather dramatically stopped working last week, I called Precision and spoke with a very friendly and helpful woman, who was able to send someone out within a few hours. Christian was extremely professional and thorough, assessing our current system and offering detailed options for replacement (and was then very patient in repeating it all to my husband over the phone). He was even able to replace it all in the same day, expressing no qualms about staying for several hours, even into the evening. By the time he left, we knew we had a great new system that will be safe and reliable for years to come. We highly recommend Precision!

We met with Glenn who was very knowledgeable, friendly and clear about all the products you offer. He came within 2 hours of our initial phone call (a miracle right there!) We did order a door which will come in 3-5 weeks so I cannot comment on the installation part of the job but I would absolutely recommend the company and Glenn to anyone who is looking to repair or replace their garage door. When the job is done, I will post again about that part of the process.

It took a month from request to installation. It doesn't matter what caused it because the client only sees that the product is delivered to his satisfaction. In the end, the product will say it all. The service guys were at their best but any comment on the product will have to wait for sometime until I'm sure it does not fail in the next month or so. In any client business relationship, it is Trust that binds them. I believe Precision hits this mark.
