This was my second experience with Precision and just like the first, everything was excellent!!! I had a garage door opener installed last year and recently noticed the door wasn't operating as smoothly as it should. I called on a Saturday to schedule service and was very pleased they were able to come that same day. They always do exactly as they say. They give you a window for the time and when the tech is on his way he lets you know. When Luke arrived he quickly assessed the situation And assured me it would take about an hour, but he had to make some adjustments And he would have it running as smoothly As before. Also, the adjustments were because of the structure, not because of any prior work that wasn't done right. When Luke was done not only did my door go up-and-down As smooth as before, it was even quieter!!! He explained everything to me And was just absolutely friendly and professional. Thank you so much!! I have told friends and family about Precision. It's so nice to be able to call a company that values customer service & Is a pleasure to deal with!

I had Kevin as a technician to install my garage door opener. He was the most professional friendly technician I have ever met. He took his time to explain to me the difference between four different models. He allowed me to review the models and make a decision on my own as to which one I wanted. I am totally impressed with the level of professionalism displayed by this company. Right after I booked the appointment, I received a text from the service manager. He let me know when I could expect the technician. The technician let me know how far out he was and then I received a text with his photo and some info about him. He was professional, courteous and helpful. Fortunately, it was a relatively easy fix, but I will be using this company very soon to replace my opener.

On 1/13/25, I had the motor in my garage door replaced. The old motor was purchased in 2024. The technician did an excellent job. He installed the new garage door opener, provided new remote openers, and installed the new door openers outside the garage door. He worked efficiently and cleaned up all the mess. This individual knew his job and performed it well. Any questions I had were answered. I am very pleased with the completed task and would recommend this company for their excellent work performance.

The service provided by Precision was excellent. The technician showed up on time reviewed the issue I was having with my garage door. He then presented 3 options with pricing to repair/replace parts and what the warranty for each option would be. I agreed to one of the options to repair and replace an antiquated motor. I can't recommend John highly enough! My garage door opener decided to die last night, and John came out quickly to assess the situation. He went above and beyond, trying every possible way to fix the existing opener to save me the expense of a replacement.
