We have been a customer of Precision for over 10 years. They offer quick response, have good level of communication from onset through repair. The current issue with a broken spring on one of the doors offered several levels of repair to both the immediate issue and also long term fixes for the future of that door as well as our second door. The technician was thorough, explained what issue existed and probable future issues to one or both doors. Ultimately we decided to do the least amount of repair, the one that allowed the door to become functional now, and hopefully will have several years of usage before any other repairs might be needed. The only issue we had was the very costly 3 options that were originally presented: good, better, best. At a vulnerable time to do a repair, the costs seemed very high. So we chose the most "watered down" repair to get the door working. When we need to address future repairs, we hope to be better prepared with the costs and offerings, as we will do our homework and "shop around" other servers.

I have been dealing with Precision for close to 20 years now and they always come through. I have recommended them to a number of my neighbors who are also very satisfied with the service they provide. They were able to schedule an appointment the next day after I called and were able to install a new opener (because the motor went on my old one) within 1.5 hrs after arriving. Tommy S. was my repair technician and he did a great job of finding the problem, providing me with different options, inspecting and tuning up all the parts of the garage door/system, then setting the new opener with remotes, codes, etc. with me. I highly recommend them!

Your whole company was amazing. I called in desperation in the morning of Saturday, May 2 because the spring broke and the door got off track. Your company was nice enough to send John here same day and assess the situation. John explained everything to me and gave me three options of which I took the one to fix everything except the garage, all the tracks and make the garage door operational again. I found Precision Overhead Garage Door via an internet search. I recognized the company logo as I have seen their vehicles in my area before, and at this time I was in need of a garage door repair. One night while watching TV, a sudden and loud bang was heard. It turned out the main spring and cables broke and snapped. The next day while viewing the Precision's informative website, I was able to make an appointment on line for same day service. Technicians Tom and Joshua were assigned to my repair. They contacted me via phone with an ETA, and upon arrival they were able to inspect the door thoroughly and provided a itemized estimate of what needs to be repaired with parts and labor, and gave me several options on how I could proceed where I can make an informed decision going forward. They were professional in their demeanor and appearance. As it turned out I was able to have the necessary repairs made that day as Precision not only has a well equipped company truck, but they accept various forms of payment. A week later, the door is running smoothly and much quieter. Thanks Precision!

Kevin, our serviceman, arrived within the promised time frame. He evaluated the problem with our garage door opener. Due to its age, repairing was not an option. He gave me a choice of three new openers that he had on his truck. Kevin installed a new one in about an hour. He explained clearly how to use it. He was knowledgeable and extremely personable. Thomas Sackmann was our technician. He did a great job, was very neat with the workplace, and the job met our expectations. We needed a new Liftmaster opener after our old opener of 20+ years had a failure with a part they do not make any more. Thomas explained everything about the new opener and did the initial setup with us. He is a nice guy, very courteous and professional. The whole experience with Precision Garage Door was great. The door designer came out to review our requirements and provide an estimate shortly after we contacted Precision. He was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained the timing to order, timing to deliver the new door and opener, and advised how long it would take to install once delivered. I had the written estimate the next day. Precision was the best price we received for a door and opener. Our order came in the time frame they advised. We set up installation for the next day. The installer arrived on time, explained what he would be doing, and about how long it would take. He worked non-stop on a cold day and finished within the time estimate provided. He demonstrated how the new opener worked and gave us our remote openers. A pleasant and efficient worker. The whole experience could not have gone better. We are very pleased with our new door and opener, and with the service Precision provided. All contracted services should go that smoothly.

Tyler Soni was very professional and courteous. I thought the pricing was high for the work that was done. The sealing on the side of the garage door that Tyler replaced is not laying flush against the door, as I expected. Tyler explained it’s bc the garage door pad is in the way. He said it may take a few days to flatten out and adjust to the positioning. We’ll see. I have a feeling we will be calling you back about this issue. Overall, the communication with the appt scheduling was very good, Tyler was very nice as well as informative, but I’m not totally satisfied with the service.
