I was requesting a free estimate to replace 2 garage doors and install 2 new openers. I was pleased with the timeliness of the representative. The estimate was on par with other estimates I'd received and the representative assuring me that even if we get a better bid, Precision offers a price match guarantee. I haven't received all the solicited estimates yet, but I am leaning towards Precision.

Our door was only opening 25% up. The technician, Tim was able to diagnose the problem in a matter of minutes, and fixed our door to our extreme satisfaction. Greatly appreciated the timely, weekend service.

Luke provided excellent service that not only included a new garage door opener, but also preventive maintenance on the garage door. He pointed out the many fatigue points, only one of which I was already aware, and gave clear reasons for replacing some parts. I can't believe how quiet operating the garage door is now! Great job. I'd add another star to the rating if I could.
