They tightened up my Springs on both doors and Lubricated the Rollers which were beginning to squeak a little after having both doors installed in April of 2025. Both Doors are working as if they were installed yesterday! This Service Performed today was a "Garage Door Tune-Up" which is not Listed below

My wife and I have used your service several times in the last few years. I own a rental apt at 6 Pebble and she has used you 3-4 times in our home on Quarry Drive in Woodland Park. The service was fine however this will be the last time either of us will deal with you. A neighbor replaced the spring on a double garage door using a different company 2 months ago. He was charged $470. For a single door you charged me $1340. Congratulations you beat me this one time.

The main issue is that the door was locked and I did not realize it. I had quest watch the house and they must of locked it, That’s why the door would not open. Than I was told I needed sensors and were very expensive. I thinking maybe I could do without. I did get the new key pad which I needed. The job have over $500.00 which is a lot of money.

Very responsive company, organized, we have had some hiccups along the way but they were responsive and resolved. John Delphi who took care of the new door estimate and installed me a sensor. He is great very knowledgeable. I will ask him if I need any repair next time.
