I had a phenomenal experience with Precision, thanks to Ethan! My 1995 Craftsman Garage Door Opener finally gave out, and Precision was able to come out within 24 hours to address the issue. Ethan was upfront and provided my wife and me with clear options for replacing the garage door opener. Given that our old opener was 30 years old, we decided to go with a new Genie opener. Ethan completed the installation in just an hour and a half. He went above and beyond by lubricating all the necessary parts and even connecting my Jeep's garage door opener to the new system. Throughout the process, Ethan was professional and courteous, and he didn't pressure us with any upselling, which was a refreshing change from other service providers. If you need garage door service, I highly recommend calling Precision and requesting Ethan. You'll be in great hands!

David B. responded quickly to my inquiry about new garage door openers for the house my husband and I had just purchased. He was very professional and demonstrated knowledge of all aspects of garage door openers as he walked me through each feature of the old units. He identified and actually showed me worn-out, frayed, and broken parts of the old system. He explained the options I had in a clear way, and I was happy that he had all the parts in his truck to do new installations right at that time. David left the area clean and neat and even got rid of abandoned wires that were sticking out of the garage ceiling. I’m so pleased with the results and the quality of David’s work and how quiet the new garage door openers are. I appreciate that the service manager reached out a few days after the job was completed to find out if we had any questions and to inform us about how to access helpful videos that explained new features of the garage door openers. It took a couple of visits to get the issue resolved. In less than one year we required two visits on a new opener. The culprit was the new design of the sprocket which was causing the belt to be offline and cause the loud knocking sound. Precision replaced that part with an old part from an older motor. The dust guard could not be installed due to the shape of the part, but our garage is clean - told not an issue. It's not Precision's fault that LiftMaster has a design fault, but LiftMaster should provide replacement parts at not cost - like a recall. it's a problem. May need to not sell that product, but appreciate the Precision resolution at no charge and saving of the motor and belt before things got worse.
