Ferdinand Kazimov was polite and respectful, he worked on replacing my garage door and the tracks. When he was done, he showed me how the door looked and explained how to open from the inside should we experience a power outage. He was done in two hours, I was impressed with his work.

Luke arrived on time checked the door operation and knew immediately that the door safety sensors were defective.Replaced the sensors with new sensors under warranty.Checked the door operation to ensure that everything was working correctly and explained in detail what he did to correct the problem.Luke is a knowledgeableTechnician that knows his stuff A Rare trait these days in the industry !! Kevin showed up within 2 hours of my phone call.He explained the reason for the repairs needed and gave me 3 options to get the door in working order. I chose the repair with a 3 year guarantee. Kevin replaced the 6 parts and completed the repairs in 1 hour.I was happy with everything except the cost.It was more than I expected but so is everything. All in all I am a vary satisfied customer.

Excellent Service!! I chose Precision door service by the ratings I saw on the internet. I was a bit worried choosing a company via internet ratings, but I went forward & scheduled a service appointment. This was the best decision I’ve made. This company is great! My technician Rob was awesome. He did a thorough inspection of my garage door & fixed the problem I was having. Now my garage door is working perfectly. Thanks Rob, you are the best! I was having problems with my existing Lift Master opener which was about 30 years old. I went on-line to do comparison shopping in the event I needed a replacement door opener. Lift Master was highly recommended. I saw the ads for Precision and was much impressed with the quality of the ads, the professionalism that was imbedded, the flexibility and seeming quality of the operation. I was impressed with the receptionist who took my call and then with the service technician. After making some adjustments it was determined that the opener needed replacing. Brian was extremely professional, experienced and knowledgeable of his trade and proceeded in an expeditious manner to complete the job. He enjoyed what he was doing and was proud of his efforts as he rightly should be.

We chose Precision because they were close to our home. The total experience from beginning to end was exceptional. Between Teresa, Anthony, Zsolt and Doug J, we couldn't have been more impressed with their knowledge and expertise. Zsolt and Doug J were the technicians who did the installation for our new garage door. They were great! They showed up ahead of schedule and finished on time. My husband was very impressed with Zsolt's technical knowledge and willingness to answer any and all questions we had. Good product + great people = happy customer!!!

Cannot say enough about Precision Overhead Doors. Dave Bryan the service tech called to let me know his arrival timed. He arrived, diagnosed the situation and repaired the issue, tested the operation of the unit and of the door. Total professionalism and very courteous.
