When my garage door opener stopped working on a Tuesday evening, I called Precision Door Wednesday morning. I was very familiar with Precision because they done repairs for me in the past. A technician arrived around 11:30 am that same day. Jonathan was professional and knew what he was doing. I received three repair options that explained exactly what each option included. I made my choice and the job was completed by 1pm

Alan Ramirez just finished installing a new garage door opener and I couldn’t possibly be happier with the service he provided. He is professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. The door opener was installed very quickly, everything is adjusted so it travels smoothly and then he setup the wall mount control as well as phone and car access. When my old garage door motor died, I needed help immediately. I called and actually got a live operator at 9:30 at night. Precision sent a repairman the next morning. My repairman was James Nicoll who was friendly, courteous and professional. He answered all my questions (there were alot) replaced everything that needed to be replaced, and came back the next day to adjust some things so they were exactly right. He could not have been more friendly or helpful. I would work with him anytime.

Cable broke. Tech Gedas Bruce was very thorough in his inspection and showed me what he found that he recommended be replaced. He was very professional and courteous as he explained the recommendations. After completing the repairs and cleaning up, went over complete operation of the system with me. I would highly recommend Gedas, for professionalism and knowledge.

I needed to replace 2 garage doors with tracks and openers. From my first call to Precision Doors until the installer left, the customer service I was provided was first rate. I honestly can't remember the last time ANY company provided customer service like this. I called Precision Doors to make an appt. and was greeted with by a very pleasant person. I made an appt. to meet with the designer/estimator (Tammy). A follow up email and text was sent to me providing some background information on Tammy, time of arrival and picture so I knew who to expect. Tammy called me when she was on her way to my home. Protective gear was worn and she stayed a social distance, which made me comfortable knowing they are taking the same precautions as myself during the Covid virus outbreak. The price was fair and I made a decision on the spot to move forward with the purchase (and yes, I know that I should have searched around...but I didn't). When the doors were ready, I received a call to schedule install. The same process was followed as above. I knew who was arriving, when, and with a picture. Same personal protective measures were used. Sam was awesome! He was extremely polite, answered all of my questions, but most importantly installed the door railing, doors and door openers perfectly. Cleaned up everything, nothing for me to do but to now enjoy my beautiful new garage doors. For anyone shopping around, even if a price may be lower elsewhere, I can guarantee you will not receive the same service Precision Doors provided to me. BTW - I am not a relative or friend, I do not know anyone who works at Precision Doors, and I was not paid to write this, or receive a discount. I am truly a satisfied customer that had an exceptional experience and feel that when service is great a company should be recognized for their efforts.

My service man Luigi called ahead, came 25 minutes later, explained everything that needed to be done in detail on two doors that needed repair. He was couteous, answered any questions that I had and did a Great job! I liked the fact that they told you who the service man was going to be & I could look up his picture on their website & the write up on him! Kyle showed up promptly, called to notify us that he was there (as we were out at the time), and in a few hours, had installed the garage door by himself (!). He disposed of the old garage door -- which was a heavy wooden one -- cleaned up well, called to notify us he was done, and barely left any trace that he was there. We're pleased with the experience and workmanship so far (after a few weeks), and hoping that this door lasts a long time. A job well done (...but ask me again in 6 months). ;-)
