WOW !!! What a great experience…. Coil spring broke on garage door in the afternoon. Service was scheduled by phone and repair completed 1st thing in the morning. Watch their video online about the company. Their trucks are fully stocked with repair parts. Problem fixed without further downtime. ***Alan Ramirez*** was our service technician. I selected Precision to replace my 50+ year old wooden garage door based on an advertising flyer and a recommendation from a relative. The ordering process to replace the door, opener and all hardware was easy and the estimated cost was reasonable and within my budgeted amount. The technician arrived on time and the project proceeded smoothly. The technician, John Bunkoski, explained all aspects of the work, provided instructions on operating the door and all the safety features and explained all functions of the controls. The whole installation was expertly completed and met my complete satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone looking to install or replace a garage door.

Very happy with the prompt response and Alan was great. I booked the appointment online late Sunday night and Alan was at my house the next day at noon. We needed a new motor and springs, in a couple of hours he was finished and set up remotes, keypad and garage app. He was friendly and informative.
