After 20& years our old opener just wore out. Caused uneven closing and door reversal. We saw advertisements for Precision so I scheduled an online appointment. Very convenient! Our tech, Al, arrived right on time as promised! Our service tech Al replaced the opener and installed new rollers. Al did a nice neat clean job. Also a very polite young man. Door and opener works good now.

Service man came at the appropriate time but door unfortunately worked so he left but we called him 15 minutes and he came back and saw it was not functional and repaired it the same day We are considering doing our other 2 when weather is nicer Thanks again Judi

WOW !!! What a great experience…. Coil spring broke on garage door in the afternoon. Service was scheduled by phone and repair completed 1st thing in the morning. Watch their video online about the company. Their trucks are fully stocked with repair parts. Problem fixed without further downtime. ***Alan Ramirez*** was our service technician. What a knowledgeable clean neat pleasant young man. Employees make the company! His company is fortunate to have him on their team and should be proud how well he represents it. Very happy with the prompt response and Alan was great. I booked the appointment online late Sunday night and Alan was at my house the next day at noon. We needed a new motor and springs, in a couple of hours he was finished and set up remotes, keypad and garage app. He was friendly and informative.
