After living here for 8 years and buying this house 3 years ago after renting for 5 years, we finally have a quieter and completely functioning garage door. Even if God forbid, we have to lift it manually, it’s as light as a feather.

John was great. He was personable and knowledgeable. He arrived within the stated time, analyzed the situation, gave an estimate and repaired our garage door opener. Very positive experience. Only one thing: he did try to call me twice to update his arrival time but I did not answer the phone because I thought it was spam. I was not familiar with the number appearing on my caller ID, and it came thru as "Outbound Call". You might want to change your ID information to include your company name. Thank you.

Service representative was very professional.T. Sackmann did an outstanding job. Courteous, explained what needed to be repaired and why. Before leaving made sure garage door opened and closed properly. Made sure all materials were picked up off ground . Excellent job!

Luke and the other technician were both excellent nad derserve the highest rating. They called before they arrived and gave an estimate of when they would arrive, were prompt and actually arrived on time. Its rare in this day and age to open the door and meet a personable technician who actuall know what he is doing. Luke was very professional answered all my questions in a comprensive manner and defintely knew his products well. He was courteous, neat and thorough in making sure every thing worked smoothly before he left. I felt I was in good hands with Luke there to define the problem and solve it.

I am very pleased with the service I received yesterday. I needed the main back up battery for the motor replaced and the office personnel gave me an appointment for the day I requested. Bob Z. Called 1/2 hour before he came and was there promptly at the time he said he would be here. The battery was changed in 5 minutes and he also silicone sprayed the channels for the door and changed the battery on the outside key pad. He was very cordial and answered some questions that I had about the door . I had this door installed by Precision and am very pleased with its safety factors and reliability. I would recommend their company to anyone. Thank you so much for your prompt service!

I had service done last year on the springs,etc on my garage door. When I had a problem with the door,I called back for service. My technician was Gaetano C. I was very happy with him, not only was he able to detect problem quickly,he was able to repair the door the same day. He was friendly yet respectful of me as a customer. My garage door was very loud, opening and closing very roughly, not always closing and generally working very poorly. Scott was my tech, he was very knowledgeable, personable and gave me a great rundown of what the issues were. He made his suggestions to overhaul all the moving parts because they were old, worn out and were the cause of all the issues. He assured me it would work great after this service, so we went ahead with it. He was 100% correct. He got everything changed out and it works like new! He was very professional and I was very pleased with his work. Aside from being a Devils fan I found Scott to be an outstanding employee of Precision and quite an asset to your company. I would definitely recommend your company.
