As always, I was satisfied with the courtesy and professional response I received from Precision. This repair was more complex than I expected and Sean was able to explain the repair and possible problems I might have in the future with the operation of my present door. I opted for a new garage door and again Sean explained what choices I had. I am satisfied I made the right decision to replace my current door. Sean is an excellent technician and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs the service of Precision.

Thank you for the repairs to my garage doors. Your employee John Delpiu was perfectly on time and so attentive to the problems that I have been having. He resolved all of my issues and explained three different approaches to how he would make the repairs. He kept me informed and demonstrated how everything worked. He was patient and personable. I needed a new motor replaced on my elderly mother's garage door. From the office staff, Jerry, to the installer, Luigi, everyone was friendly, efficient & professional. They came within 2 hours to fix the door. I was very pleased.i also liked that they sent me a profile of the repairman to let me know he was legitimate prior to his arrival.

Chris and his trainee did a great job replacing the springs, pulleys, cables and rollers. They inspected the garage door opener too. It was more than I wanted to spend but it was worth it. The door is much quieter even though it is chain driven. I will definitely contact Precision when I need a new opener or door.

Excellent service. I've never had any company come and fix something in my home so quickly! Service tech Chris installed 2 new belt drive door openers in a blink of an eye. Very friendly and courteous. Very happy with the work done. I would totally use them again.

Technician did a great job in a big job our double garage door had to basically be rebuilt he showed up early was very thorough and after he was finished he came back later at night because he didn't like the way the doors were aligined I would definitely recommend ur company to anyone
