Thank you, Precision, and especially Shane! My garage door broke yesterday afternoon, I called immediately and Shane arrived this morning! He was absolutely polite and well-mannered! He even offered to pick me up a cup of coffee on his way here. I can honestly say that I have never had that happen before. Having nothing to do with coffee, Shane immediately diagnosed the issue, gave me a quote for the repair, and then cheerfully and professionally handled everything. He also checked a variety of garage door related things for me prior to leaving. I appreciate the service Precision provides, and having someone like Shane on your staff is a definite plus. He took the time to explain how he would do the job, made me aware we have a lifetime warranty on parts, provided information on the overall condition of our garage door, the parts, and the motor. While he was working, he kept me apprised of his progress and any issues he encountered. I actually felt educated after he finished the job. He was very friendly and personable. We’ve lived in our current house for 33 years and have used Precision exclusively for our garage door over that time. From the initial sales call with Mike to the final installation, Precision Door was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We could not have asked for a smoother transaction. Monica in the office was so professional, helpful and friendly. On the day of installation, they text us to let us know they were on their way and they arrived on time. I wish all contractor companies we have to deal with were this easy. I am an Assistant Property Manager and trust me, 9 times out of 10 it is not this easy and pleasurable.
