Kevin arrived at the earliest of the time frame/ window, which was very appreciated. Upon arrival, Kevin was very friendly (Go Jets !!!) and after accessing the problem with the garage door, he gave me three options for repair. He was not pushy toward any particular option. He was very knowledgeable of my repair needs and repaired the garage door and parts with expertise within an hour. I would recommend Kevin’s services 100%.

After 20& years our old opener just wore out. Caused uneven closing and door reversal. We saw advertisements for Precision so I scheduled an online appointment. Very convenient! Our tech, Al, arrived right on time as promised! Our service tech Al replaced the opener and installed new rollers. Al did a nice neat clean job. Also a very polite young man. Door and opener works good now.

When my garage door opener stopped working on a Tuesday evening, I called Precision Door Wednesday morning. I was very familiar with Precision because they done repairs for me in the past. Precision Overhead Garage Door were new to me so my expectations were optimistic. Happily I can honestly say they performed amazingly, from the first call to book an appointment, which was painless and quick. They were very courteous on arrival, listened to my issues and then didd a full assessment of the problem, before making there recommendations. These were broken down into 3 options each of which was clearly explained as to cost/benefit. After agreeing on the best solution for me the work was carried out speedily and in the estimated time frame. All old materials were removed from the site and it was left clean and tidy. My garage door motor broke this morning. With sub-freezing temps outside I needed a quick response. Called Precision at 1120am and Vincent LoVerde was at my home to troubleshoot by 12 noon. The motor was bad and from 1994 (surprised it lasted that long). Vincent was very professional and explained all the options and associated pricing. I chose the best option available and within two hours everything was up and running. This included new motor and all the parts that come with it, 2 remotes for car, exterior keypad. I received very quick response time and exceptional service! Highly recommend Precision and Vincent.

I recently used Precision Garage Door Service and had such a great experience. I initially scheduled an appointment to repair a pulley, but once Tyler arrived, he carefully walked me through the condition of springs and explained all of my options in a way that was easy to understand and never pushy. I decided to go ahead and upgrade both garage doors with new openers and convert to a torsion setup. It turned out to be one of the best home improvements we've made. From start to finish, Tyler was fantastic. He was extremely friendly, patient, and professional. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were truly appreciative. He took the time to route and cable-manage the wires neatly, lined up the brackets perfectly, and made sure everything looked just as good as it functioned. You could tell he takes real pride in his work. Even though the job ended up being longer than originally planned, he never rushed. He stayed until everything was dialed in and running smoothly. Once the installation was complete, he walked me through how to use the new system, explained features and gave me helpful maintenance tips to keep everything in top shape for years to come. It’s rare to find someone who puts so much care into both the work and the customer experience. I’m extremely happy with the results and with Tyler’s professionalism. I've never heard garage doors run this quietly or smoothly and the difference is night and day.
