Alan Ramirez just finished installing a new garage door opener and I couldn’t possibly be happier with the service he provided. He is professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. The door opener was installed very quickly, everything is adjusted so it travels smoothly and then he setup the wall mount control as well as phone and car access. I’ll definitely ask for him by name if I ever need any garage door services!

Very pleased with the work that was performed at my home on September 9, 2024. The service technician Ethan Tsirulik was very, very thorough and also very, very thoughtful. He was well informed on explaining my problem with the cable and also needing an up-to-date motor for my garage and also informing me that I would need an electrician to update the wiring for the new garage motor. Hopefully, he can come back on September 11 to install the new garage door motor. I did call the office and I am scheduled to have hopefully Ethan back on September 11 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

A spring on one of our garage doors broke on a Sunday afternoon. We checked with a family member, who had used Precision in the past, to ask for a recommendation. After their positive feedback we scheduled an appointment with Precision for the following morning. Louis R. arrived at our home 8 AM Monday morning and gave a detailed analysis of all the working parts of the door and some options for the repair. After making a decision Louis got to work and about 90 minutes later our door was working better than ever. That door has not been that smooth and quiet in years!! Thanks Precision and Louis R. for the quick response and great work! Highly recommended to anyone in need of Garage door repair!!

Ferdinand Kazimov was polite and respectful, he worked on replacing my garage door and the tracks. When he was done, he showed me how the door looked and explained how to open from the inside should we experience a power outage. He was done in two hours, I was impressed with his work.

It really was a pleasure dealing with Precision. From my initial phone call to having the work done so quickly, I was extremely satisfied. The representatives on the phone were courteous and helpful . Alex (as I mentioned in his review) was great— professional and efficient . I have recently dealt with other garage repair companies and let’s just say I wasn’t looking forward to more of the same but I was actually surprised at the way your company works with their customers. Although the cost was a little difficult for me to handle, I would still highly recommend your company to others.

Luke provided excellent service that not only included a new garage door opener, but also preventive maintenance on the garage door. He pointed out the many fatigue points, only one of which I was already aware, and gave clear reasons for replacing some parts. I can't believe how quiet operating the garage door is now! Great job. I'd add another star to the rating if I could.
