Luke provided excellent service that not only included a new garage door opener, but also preventive maintenance on the garage door. He pointed out the many fatigue points, only one of which I was already aware, and gave clear reasons for replacing some parts. I can't believe how quiet operating the garage door is now! Great job. I'd add another star to the rating if I could.

Had an occurrence where my garage door spring had spontaneously broken. It left the door inoperable. I had called precision to repair the door and worked with James. James was courteous, professional and fixed the problem in less than an hour! He represents precision well and gave me multiple quotes for future service. Dear Doug, Ryan Murphy was a super representative of your company. He arrived a lot sooner than the four hours that you provide as a time frame for responding, and for which my husband and I were grateful. Ryan called prior to arrival, looked at the problem, which was to repair our garage opener, which was more damaged than we had thought, and gave us options from which to choose. We listened and decided to go with the best option for us. He worked in a timely fashion, explained the process and instructed me in the usage. We are very satisfied with the quality of service and, as we have in the past, will call on you again should we run into other problems. The take away from our interaction is one of trust. John, did a nice job he was very neat. He explained everything as he was installing and showed me how everything worked. John was very efficient the way he installed the garage door opener along with the new rail. I Was pleased with the installation and the way John did it. When John was finished, he cleaned up, took all the old parts and opener and my garage was just the way it was when he came.

Phenomenal! Two guys came exactly at scheduled time (on super short notice), fixed the problem, gave me multiple upgrade options and their prices, and actually installed the ordered upgrades within an hour. One could get used to such service.

My garage door stopped closing due to a bad sensor so I called Precision and they sent over Louis Rowek. Lou diagnosed the problem and reviewed the entire door operation to allow me to choose the services I were to do. Is and the ones to wait on. Lou was very courteous and fast. By the time he left I felt like I had made a new friend, great guy. I will definitely use them again.

Not sure if my previous review was received. Sean Sotelo was Exceptional. Sean explained our options and we selected replacing the entire LiftMaster Door Opener Unit with the newest LiftMaster Unit. Sean is a major asset to your firm. I would rate Sean as a 5+ Furthermore, being disabled, greatly appreciate getting the garage door opener replaced to place trust in Precision Door that this new LiftMaster Unit will perform with the quality I have become accustomed. I highly recommend Precision and their Tech John. He called to advise when he would be arriving which was within 3 hrs of my call. He was professional advising me of the problem and the different options I had to remedy it. He even went above and beyond to assist in replacing a lightbulb that was not accessible by me above the motor. John not only cleaned up his work area but the entire garage. Overall great job John.
