Amazing experience! Vinnie the service technician was awesome! Super professional and knowledgeable. I called for service on a Monday morning. By noon the same day the garage door was fixed. Thank you, Precision, and especially Shane! My garage door broke yesterday afternoon, I called immediately and Shane arrived this morning! He was absolutely polite and well-mannered! He even offered to pick me up a cup of coffee on his way here. I can honestly say that I have never had that happen before. Having nothing to do with coffee, Shane immediately diagnosed the issue, gave me a quote for the repair, and then cheerfully and professionally handled everything. He also checked a variety of garage door related things for me prior to leaving. I appreciate the service Precision provides, and having someone like Shane on your staff is a definite plus. I had a phenomenal experience with Precision, thanks to Ethan! My 1995 Craftsman Garage Door Opener finally gave out, and Precision was able to come out within 24 hours to address the issue. Ethan was upfront and provided my wife and me with clear options for replacing the garage door opener. Given that our old opener was 30 years old, we decided to go with a new Genie opener. Ethan completed the installation in just an hour and a half. He went above and beyond by lubricating all the necessary parts and even connecting my Jeep's garage door opener to the new system. Throughout the process, Ethan was professional and courteous, and he didn't pressure us with any upselling, which was a refreshing change from other service providers. Precision door helped me about 5 years ago and when I decided to replace my garage door they were the only ones I wanted to trust. We have been satisfied customers for many years. Ryan came out Sunday afternoon analyzed the multiple problems with the warn hardware on our door which included a broken spring. Had my garage door motor and opener replaced. Very professional operation. You don't wait long for appointment (next day for me, a non-emergency), they work on weekends at no extra charge, and the tech calls you before coming. They also text and email you a picture and bio of tech before they arrive. Our tech, Rob, did a great job. Diagnosed the problem and did the job quickly and efficiently. Also adhered to strict covid precautions, which was much appreciated. This is a great company and a pleasure to work with.
