Chris Karnacewicz was my service technician. He was prompt and called me before he arrive which was 10 minutes before his scheduled four hour window arrival time. Christ is a very polite gentlemen who is highly qualified. He quickly examined the entire garage door mechanisms and determined exactly what needed to be done and explained what he was about to do and asked for my concurrence. As soon as he received my approval he retrieved his tools and parts from his well stocked truck and began his repairs without a moments hesitation. I would certainly give Chris five stars plus. Chris knew what he was doing from a technical perspective and from a customer relations perspective he was very respectful and polite. I would say that he is a great asset to your company. I will recommend your company based on the example and service bench mark Chris set on my service call.

5 stars for your technician Rob Zuniga, very nice and professional explaining the problem with the garage door. 4 star on getting the appointment at first, my wife set up the appt. and was fine 4pm - 8pm we get a call that day at 8 am when we're at work saying they don't have appt. after 4pm - I took off work early to make sure in keeping appt. then to hear that message ! Lost money in trying to keep appt. plus expense of fixing! Not too pleased with that. Your technician Rob excellent.. Circuit board replaced not on your list below.

First of all I want to thank your customer service Person ( Christina ) for helping me out with your product and also want to thank her for being so nice as to treat me with such kindness with your product. Also would like to tell you I upgraded to the Model 8550 Quite Motor and it is just working so very quite, and your tech Pete was very help full in explaining the qualities of the unit and is a very knowledge on your products. I would recommend your company to anyone. I am also referring a friend to your company from near by Rockland County NY. Rating 5 star. My experience was excellent overall with the job.

5 ***** Quick assessment of what was needed, offered options. I was able t schedule install for the next morning with the same tech. Choose the cheaper option and there was no push to upsell. Tech was excellent, efficient, personable. Highly recommend Precision and Drew then next day install with absolutely no issues

I have been using Precision Door for years. My spring broke, the tech, Lou, called me with an estimated time. He made recommendations and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. He repaired the door and emailed me the invoice within minutes with list of items he checked. I would recommend them highly!

The door we ordered was exactly what we wanted. Was very happy with the actual installation. Only thing keeping a 5 star evaluation was that I was told team would arrive 12-4pm. They did not arrive until 5 pm. They did stay until after 8 pm until installation complete. When there was a problem with a minor part, they came back and replaced it no problem.

I called expecting to wait days to have my door opener repaired. Instead I got an appointment for the next day which was Sunday. They came as promised with a truck stocked with parts. Technician was knowledgeable and explained to me in detail what needed to be done in order for the door to work again. Very satisfied with the entire process.

I would like to say Ron was very neat, concerned about doing the job right. He took his time and was very careful during the repair. The problem I had was I lost my remote capability with a new logic board install. Ron thought it might be remote and keypad bad batteries, but it did not work after I replaced the remote and keypad with new batteries. I called liftmaster(the manufacturer)they indicated the logic board used(41A4252-6G) was not the correct replacement for my original logic board (41A5021-1H) and this could be the reason for the problem. I called precision and they returned the next day with a replacement logic board same number as originally installed. Ron indicated that's what the company uses as a replacement. Again, Ron was terrific he tried everything to increase range including extending the antenna. He indicated his original logic board may have been defective, but this is working. My problem is I have lost over half the range of my remote. It works within about 20 feet of the garage, before it worked within 70 feet of the garage door. I would have preferred the correct replacement which is 41A5021-1i rather than the the board precision said to use. I still think the correct replacement logic board should have been used. I would prefer my full range restored. When Joe Conte (service manager) read the review he called me. He scheduled a visit that day and was on time. He was able to correct the range issue so now my remotes works as designed and I am a happy camper I left the original review with this so a reader will know Precisilon immediately reacted to customer dissatisfaction and resolved the problem. I would recommend this company in the future.

Precision was extremely professional. I severely damaged my garage door when my roof rack pulled the door right off the track and bent the one beyond repair. They had someone at my house within an hour, he was courteous, professional, and did a great job. He notified me of all costs before he did the repair work. I would highly recommend them.

Our garage door had a broken spring and considering the size of the door decided to convert it to a torsion spring system. I bid the job with Precision and a competitor and while both had great ratings I went with Precision as the pricing was the same and Precision identified the rollers should be replaced on the door. They did a great job and the garage door is working fine. Thanks again. I do recommend bidding the job out to different contractors for comparison.
