My garage door motor broke this morning. With sub-freezing temps outside I needed a quick response. Called Precision at 1120am and Vincent LoVerde was at my home to troubleshoot by 12 noon. The motor was bad and from 1994 (surprised it lasted that long). Vincent was very professional and explained all the options and associated pricing. I chose the best option available and within two hours everything was up and running. This included new motor and all the parts that come with it, 2 remotes for car, exterior keypad. I received very quick response time and exceptional service! Highly recommend Precision and Vincent.

I recently used Precision Garage Door Service and had such a great experience. I initially scheduled an appointment to repair a pulley, but once Tyler arrived, he carefully walked me through the condition of springs and explained all of my options in a way that was easy to understand and never pushy. I decided to go ahead and upgrade both garage doors with new openers and convert to a torsion setup. It turned out to be one of the best home improvements we've made. From start to finish, Tyler was fantastic. He was extremely friendly, patient, and professional. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were truly appreciative. He took the time to route and cable-manage the wires neatly, lined up the brackets perfectly, and made sure everything looked just as good as it functioned. You could tell he takes real pride in his work. Even though the job ended up being longer than originally planned, he never rushed. He stayed until everything was dialed in and running smoothly. Once the installation was complete, he walked me through how to use the new system, explained features and gave me helpful maintenance tips to keep everything in top shape for years to come. It’s rare to find someone who puts so much care into both the work and the customer experience. I’m extremely happy with the results and with Tyler’s professionalism. I've never heard garage doors run this quietly or smoothly and the difference is night and day. I would absolutely recommend Precision Garage Door Service, and especially Tyler, to anyone looking for repairs or upgrades. Outstanding service all around!

your installers were terrific. They explained what they were going to do. When the finished they showed me how everthing worked. They programed the outdoor keypan and made sure everything was working properly. All the while they were courteous responsive and appeared to genuinely enjoy the work they were doing. couldn't see the smile on their faces due to the masks they were wearing dut to the pandemic. In addition to the new garage door I also purchased and they installed a new garage door opener.

Our service was great! The installer Brian Scott (Passaic County) did a great job and was very professional. He explained everything in detail of what he was going to do. As he was installing the door he realized that he was missing a part. He was very apologetic about that and even went out of his way to go get the part that he needed. He was back within 20mins and continued installing the door. When he was all done he made sure that everything was clean and done properly. Brain even asked us to test the system 4 times just to make sure it was done to our satisfaction. I am very happy with the work and service that he provided us. Brian is a great guy and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a door installed.

He did tell me my options and said that if I did go foward with the work I would not be charged another service call charge if and when I had the work done.
