Thank you, Precision, and especially Shane! My garage door broke yesterday afternoon, I called immediately and Shane arrived this morning! He was absolutely polite and well-mannered! He even offered to pick me up a cup of coffee on his way here. I can honestly say that I have never had that happen before. Having nothing to do with coffee, Shane immediately diagnosed the issue, gave me a quote for the repair, and then cheerfully and professionally handled everything. He also checked a variety of garage door related things for me prior to leaving. I appreciate the service Precision provides, and having someone like Shane on your staff is a definite plus. Ricky, the technician, was great. He took the time to explain how he would do the job, made me aware we have a lifetime warranty on parts, provided information on the overall condition of our garage door, the parts, and the motor. While he was working, he kept me apprised of his progress and any issues he encountered. I actually felt educated after he finished the job. He was very friendly and personable. We’ve lived in our current house for 33 years and have used Precision exclusively for our garage door over that time. Their record keeping is fantastic too, as they know our complete repair history whenever they have to come out.

From the initial sales call with Mike to the final installation, Precision Door was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We could not have asked for a smoother transaction. Monica in the office was so professional, helpful and friendly. On the day of installation, they text us to let us know they were on their way and they arrived on time. I wish all contractor companies we have to deal with were this easy. I am an Assistant Property Manager and trust me, 9 times out of 10 it is not this easy and pleasurable. As for the garage door, it's beautiful! The remotes are easy to use and you can't even hear the garage door open it is so quiet! Great company.

I own a house with a 2 Car Garage which, when the house was built, were made of Wood and Glass. These doors were heavy and the Springs would snap every so often. It was time to get brand new Insulated Steel doors and also New Garage Door Openers. Tim and his Associate came to my home and broke down the old garage doors and openers and set up 2 NEW Doors, with a Whole new Set-Up, Railings, Safety Spring Systems, Openers, Everything Brand New! Even has Sensors on the ground level incase something gets in the way, it stops! Tim showed me how to work the outside Key-Pad and how to program my Own Code and even better, 2 remote controls for 2 cars that can open either door you want open! I actually got more than I thought I purchased when I ordered the doors! Everything was Quick and Easy, from Having Mike come out to give me a estimate and take measurements and pick my Style of door I liked on a Saturday to Tim and his Associate coming 4 days later and breaking down the old equipment and installing ALL BRAND NEW Equipment in less than 4 hours! I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for Any repair or rebuild you may need. They are Completely Professional and the Quality of Materials and Workmanship Shows!
