Very impressed with this company. A little profile of the tech who would be doing the repair came in a text a bit before he arrived. Very nice idea. The tech (Kevin) was very personable and advised me on what should be done with several options to choose from. I chose one and the work was done in an hour. Happy to recommend POGD to anyone who's looking for repairs to their garage door.

I needed my garage door bottom seal replaced. It was easy to make the appointment. The technician did a great job, was on time, professional, polite and knowledgeable. They also replaced my garage door opener a few years ago. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

Very happy with the prompt response and Alan was great. I booked the appointment online late Sunday night and Alan was at my house the next day at noon. We needed a new motor and springs, in a couple of hours he was finished and set up remotes, keypad and garage app. He was friendly and informative. Technicians from Precision have come out to our home twice in the last couple of years to repair our aging door system. Making an appointment is simple and completely online (which is great, because I typically think about things like this on Sunday evening :-) The technicians have both been prompt and professional, and both times the technician did a few minor maintenance things without charging extra. The price for labor is reasonable and we are completely satisfied with the work. Thank you!
