A spring on one of our garage doors broke on a Sunday afternoon. We checked with a family member, who had used Precision in the past, to ask for a recommendation. After their positive feedback we scheduled an appointment with Precision for the following morning. Louis R. arrived at our home 8 AM Monday morning and gave a detailed analysis of all the working parts of the door and some options for the repair. After making a decision Louis got to work and about 90 minutes later our door was working better than ever. That door has not been that smooth and quiet in years!! Thanks Precision and Louis R. for the quick response and great work! Highly recommended to anyone in need of Garage door repair!!

It really was a pleasure dealing with Precision. From my initial phone call to having the work done so quickly, I was extremely satisfied. The representatives on the phone were courteous and helpful . Alex (as I mentioned in his review) was great— professional and efficient . I have recently dealt with other garage repair companies and let’s just say I wasn’t looking forward to more of the same but I was actually surprised at the way your company works with their customers. Although the cost was a little difficult for me to handle, I would still highly recommend your company to others.

Dear Doug, Ryan Murphy was a super representative of your company. He arrived a lot sooner than the four hours that you provide as a time frame for responding, and for which my husband and I were grateful. Ryan called prior to arrival, looked at the problem, which was to repair our garage opener, which was more damaged than we had thought, and gave us options from which to choose. We listened and decided to go with the best option for us. He worked in a timely fashion, explained the process and instructed me in the usage. We are very satisfied with the quality of service and, as we have in the past, will call on you again should we run into other problems. The take away from our interaction is one of trust. John, did a nice job he was very neat. He explained everything as he was installing and showed me how everything worked. John was very efficient the way he installed the garage door opener along with the new rail. I Was pleased with the installation and the way John did it. When John was finished, he cleaned up, took all the old parts and opener and my garage was just the way it was when he came.

Not sure if my previous review was received. Sean Sotelo was Exceptional. Sean explained our options and we selected replacing the entire LiftMaster Door Opener Unit with the newest LiftMaster Unit. Sean is a major asset to your firm. I would rate Sean as a 5+ Furthermore, being disabled, greatly appreciate getting the garage door opener replaced to place trust in Precision Door that this new LiftMaster Unit will perform with the quality I have become accustomed. I highly recommend Precision and their Tech John. He called to advise when he would be arriving which was within 3 hrs of my call. He was professional advising me of the problem and the different options I had to remedy it. He even went above and beyond to assist in replacing a lightbulb that was not accessible by me above the motor. John not only cleaned up his work area but the entire garage. Overall great job John.

I chose Precision because they have serviced my garage door before and always did a great job. This Genie garage door motor and system that they installed today replaces the one that they installed 12+ years ago. Their products are great and last a long time. Sean, the technician, was very knowledgeable, professional, thorough, neat and pleasant. He did the work, explained everything to me, helped me set up a new code for the new outdoor keypad. I recommend Precision to everyone; and I recommend Sean to everyone. He really does an excellent job !!!

Very impressed with this company. A little profile of the tech who would be doing the repair came in a text a bit before he arrived. Very nice idea. The tech (Kevin) was very personable and advised me on what should be done with several options to choose from. I chose one and the work was done in an hour.
