Ricky, the technician, was great. He took the time to explain how he would do the job, made me aware we have a lifetime warranty on parts, provided information on the overall condition of our garage door, the parts, and the motor. While he was working, he kept me apprised of his progress and any issues he encountered. I actually felt educated after he finished the job. He was very friendly and personable. We’ve lived in our current house for 33 years and have used Precision exclusively for our garage door over that time. Their record keeping is fantastic too, as they know our complete repair history whenever they have to come out.

Easy and quick to set an appointment (same day no less) with great communication to follow up - from asking for some additional information on our needs to keeping up-to-date on when the technician would arrive. The outstanding performance continued with our technician, Shane. Very professional and communicated in a manner we could understand. Worked efficiently and we were very happy with the results. A spring on one of our garage doors broke on a Sunday afternoon. We checked with a family member, who had used Precision in the past, to ask for a recommendation. After their positive feedback we scheduled an appointment with Precision for the following morning. Louis R. arrived at our home 8 AM Monday morning and gave a detailed analysis of all the working parts of the door and some options for the repair. After making a decision Louis got to work and about 90 minutes later our door was working better than ever. That door has not been that smooth and quiet in years!! Thanks Precision and Louis R. for the quick response and great work! Highly recommended to anyone in need of Garage door repair!!

I have recently dealt with other garage repair companies and let’s just say I wasn’t looking forward to more of the same but I was actually surprised at the way your company works with their customers.
