The very best! Can't say that enough. If you have an issue the boss Vince responds immediately. If you have a question he responds with an equitable solution. Called Precision as they were recommended by a neighbor. After my call, their response and follow-up was completely expeditious. Technician Jonathan quickly identified the door's closing problem and did great job replacing my old motor unit with a new one. He was also extremely helpful with setting our cars' openers with new codes, etc. I have to say that Precision exceeded my expectations for fixing my garage door problem.

The technician listened carefully as I explained the problem. He advised me of the remedy and explained the cost. Also explained that for a little additional $$$ he could check while system since he was already here for service call and thus I wouldn’t incur another service call to have entire system checked. I said yes to check whole system, which he did, and remedied situations before they became problems. Very knowledgeable, very pleasant. Very skilled. Great customer experience. I will always use Precision and will recommend Precision to others.

today we had a new garage door, motor et al installed by Precision ...kudos to kevin and the other tech he came with (sorry, i dont recall his name); and pablo and ryan, the installers. all four young men were respectful, hardworking and very neat. thanks especially to pablo for his tutorial. thanks to chris who assessed our ancient motor and door and took the order. learned of Precision through their mailer and a friend in wayne, who used them. im sure all will be fine and if need some help, we can reach out to Precision.

5 star. Everything was professional all the way from the phone calls, to the emails, to the text. The first installer Brian had to leave but was a very polite young man and a very good ambassador for your company. The second installer today Phil was just as professional competent and polite. He was very friendly and he knew his equipment and showed me all the operations. I also like the professional attire that they wear. I have no complaints.

My garage doors were repaired the same day I called, they came quickly. Louis Rowek , the technician explained to me what needed to be fixed. He explained the cost ahead of time, and asked permission to do the work. The repair was done promptly. Both men were extremely nice., and the repair looks good. The door is working fine. I have used this company in the past and would use them again. Hopefully I will not need a repair for a log time .

I just had 3 LIFT-MASTER 8550W DC BELT DRIVE OPENER WITH BATTERY BACKUPS installed by TIM, and let me tell you , Tim is the best at what he does, the customer service he provided was definitely top notch. Very punctual and very clean work. I would recommend precision door to everyone. If you chose to get work done...please ask for Tim!! Great work!!!

I had damage to my garage door and Ryan Murphy was highly professional and knowledgeable in assessing the extent of the damage and explaining the options.
