i had a precision garage door installed abt two years ago and have been very happy with our new door. the sales, service dept and installation techs are are not only efficient and knowledgeable but also personable and respectful, much appreciated in this day and age. they just replaced one of our remotes and checked the motor to make sure it was just a problem with the remote.

Called Precision as they were recommended by a neighbor. After my call, their response and follow-up was completely expeditious. Technician Jonathan quickly identified the door's closing problem and did great job replacing my old motor unit with a new one. He was also extremely helpful with setting our cars' openers with new codes, etc. I have to say that Precision exceeded my expectations for fixing my garage door problem.

The technician listened carefully as I explained the problem. He advised me of the remedy and explained the cost. Also explained that for a little additional $$$ he could check while system since he was already here for service call and thus I wouldn’t incur another service call to have entire system checked.
