The initial phone contact was very professional. The technician (Rob Z) showed up within the prescribed window, very friendly and also professional. He proceeded to evaluate the problem and provided a clear explanation and of the evaluation, recommendation, and warranty. While I thought the cost was high, policy accommodations (coupons, discounts) were applied at my request. The work done was excellent and when Rob left, the door to was working like new, and to my complete satisfaction.

I love my new door. It looks great. However, I wish I had ordered a window! The installation was on time and didn't take all day. The technician did a great job of communicating along the way, which my husband appreciated.

Excellent same day service. Tech (Kevin) was very knowledgeable and did a great job on my repair. I thought the whole operation was very well done and thought out. From the brand new trucks to the tech using tablets for billing. Management is doing it right. Highly recommend. Now if I could just get my plumber and electrician to be this savvy that would be great :-)

Rob Z. was very professional,courteous and did a great job on the work we had done on our garage door. I will highly recommend Precision to all of my family and friends. It is nice to not only have knowledgeable technicians sent to our house but he was a true gentleman along with the professional service he provided in repairing my garage door. (Needed new springs and rollers and I also added another remote for the opener). Keep hiring people like Rob and your business will flourish!!

He fixed the problem with my garage's door right there even though later on, it looked like the problem with the door seemed to be back. I let it reset and now it looks to be working good. Brandon was great. I watched him complete the repair and got the feeling he could have done it with his eyes closed. He really knows the trade, explained everything to me as he went along, and showed me exactly how to lubricate the hinges and other parts to extend the life of the door.

Rich came on time and clearly explained my options after a thorough examination of the garage door system. I felt confident that the work recommended was the work required. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job. However,the prices of some of the work was very expensive. The cost to install cables was XXX dollars. To me that is very expensive when the technician was already at your house. I can understand the price, if he came here specifically to change cables. Needless to say I will not be using precision again and I will not recommend

I hear your concern. Please be assured that our prices, while not the cheapest in the industry, give us the ability to provide you with the best trained and supplied technicians in the industry. We show up with a fully stocked truck, fully insured, background checked and drug screened. All these things cost money. I can only hope that the next company you call takes as much pride in who they send, how they send them and what they send them with.

After reading all the positive comments from people in my neighborhood, I called Precision. The representative was courteous and informed. They confirmed the appointment via phone and email. The day of the appointment repairman Scott called me on approach with a specific ETA. Scott M was friendly, informed and thorough in his analysis of the problem. He made recommendations and patiently responded to any question I had. He worked quickly, efficiently and solved the problem with my door. He examined the entire operation of the door to ensure the entire door's safety. He cleand up after himself and left my garage as he found it. He gave me an entirely reasonable bill, explained all warranties, provided helpful information. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door service. I even called some of my friends who are contractors to let them know, if they need garage door installation, repair or other servicing, they would do themselves a favor by using Precision. Needless to say, I am an entirely satisfied customer. Thank you to Scott M and the Precision representatives I dealt with.
