Luke provided excellent service that not only included a new garage door opener, but also preventive maintenance on the garage door. He pointed out the many fatigue points, only one of which I was already aware, and gave clear reasons for replacing some parts. I can't believe how quiet operating the garage door is now! Great job. He arrived a lot sooner than the four hours that you provide as a time frame for responding, and for which my husband and I were grateful. My garage door stopped closing due to a bad sensor so I called Precision and they sent over Louis Rowek. Lou diagnosed the problem and reviewed the entire door operation to allow me to choose the services I were to do. Is and the ones to wait on. Lou was very courteous and fast. By the time he left I felt like I had made a new friend, great guy. I will definitely use them again.
