Excellent service! Pleasant technician responded to my problem in less than a hour. He gave me three options for the repairs that I needed. He gave me 3 quotes based to the options. The tech (Ethan) was very helpful. He inspected and explained all the elements of my 35 year old system and outlined all my alternatives and what they would cost. In the end I had him do the minimum to get the door working again, although he recommended some additional work. After thinking about it, I will have him return to do some of that work. He was clear about the safety issues involved, but there was no hard sell and I appreciated that. I would have no hesitation about recommending Precision (and Ethan)
