The tech (Ethan) was very helpful. He inspected and explained all the elements of my 35 year old system and outlined all my alternatives and what they would cost. In the end I had him do the minimum to get the door working again, although he recommended some additional work. After thinking about it, I will have him return to do some of that work. He was clear about the safety issues involved, but there was no hard sell and I appreciated that. I would have no hesitation about recommending Precision (and Ethan)

The new springs and other work you did then is still functioning well. This time the problem was the belt drive, which was about 20 years old and due for replacement.

Technician re-installed electric garage door opener motor and sensors after the original garage door was replaced by a larger one. the motor needed to be placed in a different position. Additional parts were needed. The job was done properly and efficiently. Tim, the technician, explained everything done. he was courteous and listened to me and dealt with my concerns.
