Your technician, Lou R, arrived within the agreed time window, having kept me advised by phone twice on his ETA. He was friendly and professional. He inspected both doors thoroughly and gave me a full analysis of what the problems were, a detailed description of what parts were needed, options, and comparative pricing. When we agreed on a course of action, he immediately went to work and completed the jobs completely and cleanly. I am very satisfied with the experience and will recommend Precision to my friends and neighbors, and I hope they get Lou R as their technician.

Lou R called before he showed up. He was right on time. He surveyed the problem and informed me what was needed and how much each part was worth. He removed the broken parts and installed the new. He made sure the spring tension was perfect and everything worked well. Precision should be proud to have a person like Lou working for them.

So my garage door stopped opening and closing suddenly and when I called they were willing to have someone come here immediately. I was willing to wait a couple days so they gave me an 8AM to 12PM window. By 8:20AM, a very polite gentleman by the name of Rob Z. called and informed me that he was on his way and should be there in 20 minutes depending on traffic. 20 minutes later on the dot he pulls up, introduces himself and gets to work checking on the problem. 5 minutes later the problem is identified as a problem with the motor that can be fixed at about half the price of a new motor. He helped me with the decision to replace the motor based on the age of it and its life expectancy as well as how long I intended to live at my home going forward. He then went over the different motor options and again was very helpful in that decision as well. He had all the necessary equipment to replace the motor and gave me an estimate of 1.5 hours. An hour and 15 minutes later he helped me program the keypad outside, I paid for it very simply with a credit card, and I was done! So although this process was made very simple and was done in a timely fashion it just got even better a whole two weeks later! I actually inadvertently deprogrammed all remotes including the keypad outside. I downloaded the manual but was unsuccessful at reprogramming it. Remembering that he helped me program it, I reached out to him on a Friday night at dinnertime via email. Not expecting a response until Monday at the earliest, he responded 15 minutes later with instructions not even included with the manual! He had the exact code that I needed that I could not find after over an hour of research - on a Friday night! If that's not dedication to your job, I don't know what is! Thank you Rob for a great experience and I highly recommend you to all and hope Precision knows what a great employee you are! Thanks again!

You were recommended by Norge, Union Blvd in Totowa, You are the only company we called, we never did a comparison, so I am hoping that you gave us a good price. If we find out that you did we will recommend it to friends, since we live in an adult community with over 600 units. If on the other hand I find out that we were overcharged, the outcome will be different. Your sales person was very knowledgeable. PS. My wife was a little sceptable, since we originally purchased a keypad and two remotes at Norge for only $XX.00 and I have the bill to prove it. Now we had to get a new keypad and two remotes costing more than having to put a new board in and now the new remote and keypad is universal, my wife thinks that is a shame.

I believe you will find our pricing is comparable to other service companies. Additionally our retail prices are comparable to other retail operations also. But your comparison of Norge retail pricing versus having a technician come to your home and program everything is a bit unfair. As for the remotes used, we used the only remotes and keypad liftmaster offers now for your type of older motor.

Tim Rainey was an absolutely marvelous technician. Not only did he do an excellent job, but he gave us complete education on the functions of the various parts and the proper maintenance-of which,I'm so thankful. In the past I received shoddy information from handymen etc. I will always recommend your company and will personally request Tim as our technician!

Disappointed that I was not notified ahead of time who the Tech was going to be, as promised by your initial emails.

I had contacted precision to look at my garage door when we moved into our new house. I was very impressed with my installer Tim Rainey. Tim gave me all the knowledge to make a decision on replacing our equipment. We recently had a small issue I contacted Precision and asked if Tim could make the service call which he did and of course fixed our small issue. I will always refer Precision. Tim Rainey does outstanding work and I am completely satisfied with Precision!!
