I have had at lead 3 calls for the garage door banging when it hits the garage floor. At least this technician ( Luke) took the time to explain that the banging is due to the type of opener we purchased. If I would have known it would have been this noisy we would have purchased a different one. So Luke gets the 5 star, because he took the time to explain everything. We just aren't completely happy with the opener

I want to highly recommend this company. I needed work done on my doors and the remotes. Chris came out and explained exactly what was going on and what he was going to do today. The job took about an hour. Very nice person and very neat. We now have new remotes,new key pad, and new system. Very quiet now. We are very happy and glad we chose this company. Thanks again Chris.

Brian called b4 he came and was on time. He introduced himself and inquired what my door problems were. We discussed repair options and cost. I made my decision and he told me how long it would take. He finished ahead of time, cleaned up all old parts and new parts packaging. We reset combos and tried door several times. Very pleased with Brian and his service. By the way he had a great hand shake.

Precision Door was very responsive and professional - called in the AM about my garage door motor that was not working, and had a tech out at my home that afternoon. Thorough and professional COVID-19 protections and procedures. Precision provided a 4 hour window of service, tech called when a 1/2 hour away, received a text confirming tech's arrival and some personalized info about the tech, he immediately inspected the motor, provided options, had repair parts in the truck, and garage door and motor were repaired and operating 2.5 hours later. Tech Ryan was very knowledgeable, provided professional and personal customer service - rank Ryan 5 out of 5 - very respectful and professional, and got the job done. Ryan is a very strong tech and sale person, offering options and recommendations, but leaving the decision to the homeowner. Would recommend Precision and Ryan.

I called precision door service because my garage door was opening and closing on its own randomly. I called in and was able to get same day service without paying extra! The technician they sent out Rob Z called and gave me an hours notice before arriving. When he arrived Rob was very professional and as I explained my issues he was able to diagnose the problem quickly as well as point out other issues I was not aware of. Rob explained I needed new pulleys, springs, rollers, and a switch. I approved the work after Rob explained all the costs and got me an exact price. After Rob finished the garage door worked flawlessly better than I have ever seen it the entire time I have owned my home. I absolutely recommend Precission door service! And I reccomend requesting Rob Z he was a fantastic technician!

We were given an appointment for a rep to come to our house on the day we called. Gaetano, the company rep, called about a half hour prior to the appointment time to let us know he was on the way. He was very helpful and professional in his assistance in selecting a door.

Roberto came out to inspect a small problem with a thermal seal and found a dangerous condition on one of my door springs. He went on to discuss that given the doors age that a complete rebuild of the rollers, pulleys and cables/springs was in order and I fully agreed. Prescision had installed a new Chamberlain Liftmaster 5 years ago which was still working perfectly. I asked Roberto about the new anti-jimmy protection for the trolley release and he showed me the unit made for my door system which I then had him install. I am very happy with the work, the quality and the communications with the dispatchers and the techs.

While our experience may not have been the best, I would still recommend PDS to others. Our door broke on a Sunday and their willingness to come out right away was one of the reasons we chose PDS. The other was their ranking on HomeAdvisor.com The repair could not be completed on first visit as custom cables needed to be made. An appointment was scheduled for 10AM-12Noon the next day but technician did not get to us until 2 PM. After the work was completed, the cables came undone later the same day. Technician immediately returned to the house and properly connected the cables. I recommend this company for their professionalism and straight forward approach to pricing and repairs. They did not charge us a service call charge since the total repairs were just below $200 even though the technician had to come to the house three times. As stated, this may not have been the best experience but overall we are satisfied with their work and pricing.

I was impressed with the info regarding our technician and I would give him 5 stars. We had a new sensor and new and additional openers installed and a spring that was broken repaired. He explained everything including the cost. We would definitely call Precision if we need anything else.
