Second time I have used Precision. First time was a quick repair and was easy and quick. This time replace a bunch of parts and 2 openers. David was great from beginning to end. Went over all the options in detail and priced each one out. Agreed on what needed to get done and I was up and running in a couple of hours. I have had at lead 3 calls for the garage door banging when it hits the garage floor. At least this technician ( Luke) took the time to explain that the banging is due to the type of opener we purchased. If I would have known it would have been this noisy we would have purchased a different one. So Luke gets the 5 star, because he took the time to explain everything. We just aren't completely happy with the opener
