On the day of service Ethan the repairman informed me of his arrival time and was very punctual. He explained in detail what repairs needed to be done with options given. These guys are great! I woke up to my fiancé unable to open the garage door and get her car out and immediately went online and placed an appointment to have it looked at. The manager, Rob, reached out to me within minutes to learn more about the issue, and the tech, Mike, was at my house within a couple hours. Mike explained everything that was wrong, what could cause problems for me in the future, and created 3 different quotes to best fit my needs. After confirming what I wanted done, Mike already had all the necessary parts and was able to complete the job (which was pretty much everything but the door itself) in a couple hours. He even re-spliced the wire for the sensor on my other door free of charge! Afterwards, he went over everything he did one more time and showed me how it all operates. Will definitely be using them again when my other door goes!

I am absolutely stunned by the professionalism, quality of product and service, workmanship and overall experience. From the first conversation with the owner who sent the proposal, to the phone operators (and texts) who kept me updated, to Ferdinand who came by himself and did a fantastic job in a timely, neat and cordial manner, Precision Garage Door deserves 5 stars and your business. My previous garage doors were uneven, unsightly and very old. There were drafts because the seals were completely open in some places and I needed to be imaginative in sealing the doors over the years. I never imagined anyone would be able to adjust a door perfectly to my pavement and home. The seal is perfect. Ferdinand worked with ease; quickly, but with supreme attention to detail. Everything is beyond my expectations. He also stayed afterwards and answered all of my questions and even offered tips and suggestions as far as maintenance. All this simply adds to the fact that the Amaar Lincoln 3000 doors are stunning to look at and I can already feel a difference in the comfort level of my garage and the rooms above it on this winter day.
