I am very pleased with the services provided by precision garage door repair. Ir was very easy to make a appointment online. On the day of service Ethan the repairman informed me of his arrival time and was very punctual. He explained in detail what repairs needed to be done with options given. He did the repairs in a timely manner and when the work was completed he again explained what was done . I am very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend him.

These guys are great! I woke up to my fiancé unable to open the garage door and get her car out and immediately went online and placed an appointment to have it looked at. The manager, Rob, reached out to me within minutes to learn more about the issue, and the tech, Mike, was at my house within a couple hours. Mike explained everything that was wrong, what could cause problems for me in the future, and created 3 different quotes to best fit my needs. After confirming what I wanted done, Mike already had all the necessary parts and was able to complete the job (which was pretty much everything but the door itself) in a couple hours. He even re-spliced the wire for the sensor on my other door free of charge! Afterwards, he went over everything he did one more time and showed me how it all operates. Will definitely be using them again when my other door goes!
