Garage door opener was malfunctioning suddenly and very badly. Called POGD and secured a same day appointment . Technician Louis R. arrived promptly within scheduled appointment time. Louis was highly professional, courteous, totally customer focused. Took ample time to size up the problem, explained everything that could be done, entertained all questions, discussed best possible outcome for the service call. Was mindful of property as well. The door opener and door are now functioning again. Louis also discussed options with me for a better longer term solution - which we would absolutely look to engage POGD when we decide to go forward with the recommendation. Can't say enough good things about the company, its operating procedures, and tech Louis R.

I called Precision and the had a technician at my house in 15 minutes. Unbelievable! Luke thoroughly explained the issues with my door and presented me with multiple options to fix the problem. He had all the parts on his van and completed the job in 3 hours. Hands down the best service I have ever had!!

This was my first experience with "Precision" and it could not have gone any better than it did. The appointment setup was fast and easy. The technician David showed when he was supposed to and the installation process went smoothly. David walked me through everything, answered any and all questions that I had. The opener is super quiet and efficient. I'm absolutely ecstatic how everything turned out. Great job David and Precision - you've got a long time customer on you hands now.

The salesman was very professional. The installation was sloppy and reckless. Bent nails were left in the trim and the water line was punctured leading to the outside water spigot. The garage door was not level with an opening not touching the garage floor. Installer had an attitude and shrugged when I mentioned the door not hitting floor. Today, 7/8/23 - the water line broke when I went to water my plants breaking 2 panels on the door. Tomorrow someone is coming out. This has been very frustrating, disappointing and time consuming on my part.

Everything went according to plan. Salesman came in, presented our choices, laid out the time frame and within a few weeks, the worker installed 2 new doors. Both very professional and friendly. Made it a good experience.
