Started with the name because my company is precision consultants for 30 years. Tech was awesome did a great repair and measured my new install. By no means are they the cheapest company out there and could have saved some money but you get what you pay for. Awesome job. 5 stars

***** Your service was excellent. I called about 2:15 pm and the technician called me immediately and was at my home by 3:30. Jackson Scutt reviewed the problem with me, explaining the choices I had, and cautioning me about not making unnecessary repairs, considering the circumstances such as the age, quality and condition of the garage door system, my plans for the future of the door, the rate of its use, etc. The repairs were completed efficiently, all systems were tested thoroughly, and the relevant warranty policies were explained to my satisfaction before Mr. Scutt left. I am completely pleased with your service, and with Mr. Scutt especially.

I called precision to get an estimate back in October of 2016 after reading the reviews on line. Before the techs came out I received an email letting me know who my tech will be (great idea). From the first time precision came out and did repairs on my garage doors etc. until today all I can say is that my husband and I are extremely satisfied with not only their services but also George the technician, he is very personable and displayed expertise in all of the concerns we had with our doors/repairs. He is definitely a major asset to the company, I hope the owner takes pride of knowing that he has an amazing employee working for him. We will not hesitate in recommending your company to anyone needing garage door service. Keep up your excellent customer care. As always, service was impeccable and I will use Precision again. Tim the technician not only arrived early, but was very thorough in explaining how and why the repair was needed. The only complaint I have is that the price for the replacement part was very high. Understanding the price of that would have made me feel better.
