Alan kept us informed each step of the way. Once new motor was installed, Alan gave us a tutorial of how to operate the new system. I asked, on the phone, if there would be a service charge to reset the remote. The woman was evasive and said I would be given choices. Had I known it would be more than $85. just to do this, I wouldn't have gone through with it. I am sorry I bought this brand door now that I know it would need two services a year just for lubricating the door at $360 per service! I had my last door for 30 years with nothing like this! Nothing wrong with the resetting of the remote, just unfair charge policy.

Precision answered their phone immediately . I had a Doc Appt and my car was stuck in my garage. I had a list of errands to complete. Call Precision, set up a SAME DAY appointment, lyft to Doc. When I returned I got a message that Tom was running a little late but was still in the window of time. Tom called a few min later to say he was on his way. Gave us three estimate, worked with our needs and got everything done in time for me to get my errands done. Bravo!

I hate to leave a review if it isn’t good, I called precision door due to being confused as to complete my door install, Unfortunately I was confused as to what serv I received, besides the poor attitude the tech had, He left with me even more confused then I was before he arrived, With my door still not operational on top of all I was $286.00 poorer then I was before his arrival. The whole objective of calling precision door was to make my life easier and that obviously was not the case.. Sad to say I will not use this company again nor will I refer to anyone..
