This is the second opener I've had isstalled by PDS Fisrt one was 6/10. NOT happy with a product only lasting 6 1/2 years!!!!! Please explain!!!! That said, Amber we great on the phone, scheduled appt same day. Brian Hallock was amazing. Called twice to say when he'd be here. Explained my options clearly Installed new opener quickly and it was clear he really knows his business Just wish LiftMaster was as good as you seem to think cuz its all you carry

Hi Tom, As discussed, we were able to contact Liftmaster this morning (and even though the "travel module" was out of warranty (5yrs) ) we were able to negotiate a $200 credit. We will be passing this onto you in the form of a refund check. We will be mailing this out to you in the next couple of days!

I had two doors and opener installed by Dave. The entire process from selecting to installation could not have been smoother. I had attempted to get a quote from another company and they were having so much trouble even arranging that appointment! Precision handled everything very efficiently with no issues at all. The sales rep quickly showed me the options, we settled on the doors and two weeks later they are here and working perfectly. Dave worked extremely hard all day and left me with a much appreciated upgrade to my home. Highly recommended.

Lou came by and the experience couldn't have gone any better. He was courteous, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained exactly what needed to be done and he completed it in a timely and efficient manner. If you need anything fixed with your garage, going anywhere else other than Precision would be a mistake. I’m sure all of the technicians do a great job but if you are lucky enough to have Lou knock on your door, you are in great hands.

We are very pleased with the service performed when we had to replace our garage door opener. Making the appointment was done rapidly and politely. Lou R was our technician and we can not say enough good things about the work he did. He gave us all the options from repair to replacement of our opener. When we decided to replace the opener, he gave us 3 options and explained each one thoroughly. There was NO pressure from Lou. He just explained, answered our questions and when the decision was made, went immediately to work. The installation was performed quickly and the area was completely spotless when he finished. It was quality from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend your company. In fact, I have already recommended you to my neighbor.

The new order was excellently handled by Louis and there was no sales pressure. A refreshing way to do business with wonderful communication by office staff to make sure I knew who was coming, with the time most convenient for my schedule. I highly recommend this company! Precision was amazingly quick to respond to my broken garage door and opener. Andrew, a technician, was there within a day of my call to Precision. He gave me several choices for repair and replacement, and did not pressure me to spend more than necessary. Chris installed my new door and opener. He was thorough, kept the work area clean, and did an excellent job explaining the new opener. I will always call Precision for any garage door repair work...but I shouldn't need a technician's assistance any time soon!

If you are having garage issues, or need a new opener, etc. Precision is the company to call. Brian and Luigi were the most amazing technicians ever! The first time they came, they weren't sure if my car would fit in the garage, so they waited til my car was delivered, and came back. They called, they were on time, and they were the best! Sweet and funny ,too! I would definitely recommend them!
