I’m always pleased with not only the quality of service provided but the professionalism, promptness & friendliness of the staff. Called & got an appointment the same day. It was a pleasure to meet Ethan Tsirulik who introduced himself, explained the process, thoroughly examined the door & gave me plenty of options while guiding me logically to make the best decision. I always call Precision cause I’m always pleased with the end product. Will recommend them anytime.

Service was prompt. Called in the morning and the technician arrived in the afternoon. Identified the problem and solved it. Technician (Luke) was courteous and professional. I did think the price for the job (safety sensors replaced) was fairly high but I did agree to it up front.

Second time I have used Precision. First time was a quick repair and was easy and quick. This time replace a bunch of parts and 2 openers. David was great from beginning to end. Went over all the options in detail and priced each one out. Agreed on what needed to get done and I was up and running in a couple of hours. David was professional and knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I’m a customer for life.

I have had at lead 3 calls for the garage door banging when it hits the garage floor. At least this technician ( Luke) took the time to explain that the banging is due to the type of opener we purchased. If I would have known it would have been this noisy we would have purchased a different one. So Luke gets the 5 star, because he took the time to explain everything. We just aren't completely happy with the opener
