Luke (Precision technician) was early on site - explained everything and understood the need for "budget friendly" repairs. He fixed it and told me everything he did ... without trying to "upsell" me on more than I need. I give Luke and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service a TEN star review!! The world could use more people like this in today's economy!! Thank you!!

The 5 Stars is for our technician. As a return client. I’m not pleased with paying almost double for the job performed today. I hear it’s company standard to charge just like the competition. Interesting WHY? Wouldn’t that make you the pace setter and not them? Just a retired couple who wishes you were Charlie

This is the third time I have called Precision with an emergency. The office staff is excellent and reassuring. I received text confirmations for appointment, a call from the technician confirming his assignment, and another text that allows me to track my technicians location and ETA. The technician, Dave, was polite, informative and professional. Thank you!

Excellent Customer Service all around! Operator Tommy was professional, friendly, & knowledgeable. She was able, due to a cancellation, to get us an immediate appointment. Technician Brian H. & Trainee John arrived within the hour, also very professional, friendly, & knowledgeable. Brian was able to inspect the opener, assess the problem, provide a detailed explanation, offer several quote options, and install the opener quickly & efficiently. I selected Precision Garage Door as the reviews were amazing and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

Everything went according to plan. Salesman came in, presented our choices, laid out the time frame and within a few weeks, the worker installed 2 new doors. Both very professional and friendly. Made it a good experience.

Garage door opener was malfunctioning suddenly and very badly. Called POGD and secured a same day appointment . Technician Louis R. arrived promptly within scheduled appointment time. Louis was highly professional, courteous, totally customer focused. Took ample time to size up the problem, explained everything that could be done, entertained all questions, discussed best possible outcome for the service call. Was mindful of property as well. The door opener and door are now functioning again. Louis also discussed options with me for a better longer term solution - which we would absolutely look to engage POGD when we decide to go forward with the recommendation. Can't say enough good things about the company, its operating procedures, and tech Louis R.

Communication from PGD at the start was very prompt and professional. James came and was very helpful. He explained the situation, answered my questions, gave a thorough inspection and even helped me think through best options and pricing. Completed the job quick and did nice work. In a job with many ups and downs, he sprung into help even on NYE afternoon.

I am most grateful for the exceptionally high quality of goods and services, and also for the equally exceptionally high quality of customer service. This morning, Doug had come to my home, graciously offering to begin to work earlier than had originally been scheduled. After having first addressed my most immediate concern, Doug had made carefully noted the unit, and the associated components, and then made recommendations, offering options. Doug installed my selection with alacrity and with the precision, I have come to know, and trust, as definitive with Precision Overhead Door. Kindest regards,
