Fantastic customer service from the first call to completion of the work. I highly recommend this company for your garage door needs. David, our technician, did an excellent job in explaining the issues and giving us options to solve the problem. It was a repair and replacement of 2 garage openers on the spot. No hassles and works beautifully. What a pro! They have all the supplies on their trucks.

Extreme rip-off. If I could give minus 5 stars I would. Technician arrived 2:10 pm. Technician was 10 minutes late for the 4 hour window. Site stated that the service charge would be waived if late. Technician spent more time on the inspection than replacing the springs. Technician was there a whole 40 minutes, left at 2:50 pm Technician Brian replaced two springs that could be purchased from Home depot for $35. There was a non itemized invoice for $500.07. It's a shame to take advantage of a Senior Citizen. You have no Idea what the parts charge or the labor charge was. I would love to have a job that paid $500 for less than an hour's work. I reached out to the company, and I was told the team leader was not available but would return the call. The next day the technician Brian called back not the team leader. I was not able to speak with him at that time.

I had a garage door and LiftMaster opener installed in 2007 by Precision and pleased but now needed a minor adjustment on the lock. I called to set up an appt. and they got someone out within one hour. WOW! My review is for your service technician Ryan P. Murphy. He did the ajustment on the lock that took a couple minutes and now works well. I told him my LiftMaster opener was about 15 yrs. old and he did a quick check and said the opener was in good working order. He answered questions I had and I didn't feel rushed. He was VERY professional and courteous. As he was leaving I asked him for his card as I wanted to write a review. You're lucky to have him as an employee.

Precision’s technician, Chris Karnacewicz installed a garage door opener for us recently and he was the most clear, concise and personable representative of a company that we’ve ever dealt with. He explained everything before the install and showed us how to work everything that was involved. He also mentioned he was moving to Georgia soon and continuing his work with Precision. Georgia customers will not be disappointed! Everything was clean and neat when he left. We wish him every success in his future with his move and Precision. This garage door company has a treasure in Chris!

I want to highly recommend this company. I needed work done on my doors and the remotes. Chris came out and explained exactly what was going on and what he was going to do today. The job took about an hour. Very nice person and very neat. We now have new remotes,new key pad, and new system. Very quiet now. We are very happy and glad we chose this company. Thanks again Chris.

The spring on my garage door broke on Saturday 3/19 so I couldn't manually open the door. Many people recommended Precision. I called them immediately and Chris came out the following morning. He spent some time reviewing the problem and provided me with 3 possible repair solutions. Within an hour the garage door was repaired. A+ service!

Chris Karnacewicz arrived shortly after 10 a.m. and was knowledgeable, personable and professional. He had the issues diagand repaired (one opener needed a new circuit board, two remotes needed to be reprogrammed and the batteries replaced and a board attached to one of the opener slides) in less than an hour. A+++

Brian called b4 he came and was on time. He introduced himself and inquired what my door problems were. We discussed repair options and cost. I made my decision and he told me how long it would take. He finished ahead of time, cleaned up all old parts and new parts packaging. We reset combos and tried door several times. Very pleased with Brian and his service. By the way he had a great hand shake.

As soon as John, the technician who had been assigned to my case had arrived at my home, I was immediately impressed by his promptness; I might have set my watch by the timing of this capable, industrious young man’s arrival.
