To be honest I can't remember why we purchased a Precision Garage Door because it was in 2007 and I had it looked at by one of your Service Professionals. No reason figured it runs so well I didn't want to neglect it and have issues. Chris K. my service professional couldn't believe how well my Precision Door has treated us. It's a odd length door never an issue as you see with a lesser product. I live a distance from Precision and not a factor. Chris recommended the checkup practicing Covid19 protocol from start to finish. Precision is just that!

Precision Door was very responsive and professional - called in the AM about my garage door motor that was not working, and had a tech out at my home that afternoon. Thorough and professional COVID-19 protections and procedures. Precision provided a 4 hour window of service, tech called when a 1/2 hour away, received a text confirming tech's arrival and some personalized info about the tech, he immediately inspected the motor, provided options, had repair parts in the truck, and garage door and motor were repaired and operating 2.5 hours later. Tech Ryan was very knowledgeable, provided professional and personal customer service - rank Ryan 5 out of 5 - very respectful and professional, and got the job done. Ryan is a very strong tech and sale person, offering options and recommendations, but leaving the decision to the homeowner. Would recommend Precision and Ryan.

He went above and beyond to assist us including getting approval for several discounts and for installing a safety latch on our broken garage door so we can have piece of mind that no one can get into the garage until the new door arrives.. Luke is a great representative and credit to your company. I would highly recommend Luke.

The two technicians that came to put in a new garage door, opener and all of the hardware were great. The took their time installing to make sure everything was done properly and professionally. After finishing the installation the two technicians showed my wife and I how to operate the door and program the controller if we need to change things. We would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone that needs a new garage door or opener.

Everyone was very responsive. Glenn showed up exactly when he said he would. Unfortunately I am looking to replace my current 30 year old single panel tilt door and Glenn informed me that you do not carry that style door.
