New garage door. Previous customer. Our technician Luke was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely empathetic to our situation and made recommendations based on our specific needs. He went above and beyond to assist us including getting approval for several discounts and for installing a safety latch on our broken garage door so we can have piece of mind that no one can get into the garage until the new door arrives.. Luke is a great representative and credit to your company. I would highly recommend Luke.

The two technicians that came to put in a new garage door, opener and all of the hardware were great. The took their time installing to make sure everything was done properly and professionally. After finishing the installation the two technicians showed my wife and I how to operate the door and program the controller if we need to change things. We would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone that needs a new garage door or opener.

Everyone was very responsive. Glenn showed up exactly when he said he would. Unfortunately I am looking to replace my current 30 year old single panel tilt door and Glenn informed me that you do not carry that style door. Fantastic job by repairman John Delpiu fixing my garage door springs today! He gave me a call when he was on his way to my house and arrived promptly on time. John inspected my door as well and fixed all of the loose parts and rattles. Works great! Very Happy!!

Phil did a great job installing new torsion springs and a new garage opener. Unfortunately, I didn't get the opportunity to review the detailed quote prior to agreeing to perform the work. My mistake, I should have asked. If I had reviewed the details, I would have declined the installation of 12 new nylon rollers at a cost of $276. As a senior on fixed income, this was an expense I didn't need to incur.

We had Tammy come out to give us an estimate for new garage doors and openers. She was friendly, knowledgeable and organized.
