The appointed time was 1-4. Doug called to keep me apprised of his expected time limit, arrived as announced and was workmanlike, addressing the problems we had with the light that would not turn off for hours and re-programming the keypad

Dave didn't want to push on the metal door, so he really just provided a service call, and suggested we replace the bottom third of the door. Later Don and I went out and did some pounding and pushing, and got the door to lock. We're talking to each other again:o) and I think I'm out of the dog house. Thanks.....Molly Ball
