The person who answered my call was both courteous and helpful. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The email about Kevin was informative. Kevin's assessment was excellent. He explained the problem and offered us a choice of motors to replace the broken one. He worked efficiently and was able to program all items that needed programing. Kevin very personable and a fine representative of your company.

After making my appointment I appreciated the text messages with the status updates as well as the bio and photo of the technician, Roberto Zuniga, prior to his arrival. Glenn G. was very professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and a pleasure to do business with. He called prior to arriving at my home to let me know that he would be there in a short period of time, and he was. Lou was very professional, polite and efficient. He explained everything he had to do in order to replace the garage door motor, exterior pad, remote buttons and all other necessary items. Service was terrific. Technician Kevin Bond, showed up exactly on time, even called when he was on the way. Diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the trolley on the opener rail. Door works perfectly now and after a bit of lubrication noise was considerably less. Great job

Dear Precision Garage Door, I just wanted to thank you for a job well done and would definitely recommend you for anyone looking for garage door installation/ repair services. The job was completed exactly as Anthony described, and I welcomed his advice to repair and replace, rather than to just band-aid. The new opener is excellent - so quite that we often have to go back and check to see if we didn't forget to close. Thanks again.
