Our garage door keypad no longer functioned. I contacted Precision Garage Door Services to take a look. Precision Garage Door Services sent Luke Stachura the following day. Luke thoroughly reviewed the issue replacing the keypad and configured it with our opener. He then performed a PM service, and the door has never been quieter nor smoother in operation. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services. Everyone involved was courteous and professional I was 100% satisfied with their work.

Service was terrific. Technician Kevin Bond, showed up exactly on time, even called when he was on the way. Diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the trolley on the opener rail. Door works perfectly now and after a bit of lubrication noise was considerably less. Great job
