I was amazed to get a same day appointment. Vincent called to say he was coming and was prompt. He was friendly and quick to assess my needs. He offered three options and explained each. He completed the option I chose, prepared the bill quickly, took my payment-and all this in the midst of the chaos of the lawn service arriving just as he did. I am beyond pleased! I am totally impressed with the level of professionalism displayed by this company. Right after I booked the appointment, I received a text from the service manager. He let me know when I could expect the technician. The technician let me know how far out he was and then I received a text with his photo and some info about him. He was professional, courteous and helpful. Fortunately, it was a relatively easy fix, but I will be using this company very soon to replace my opener.

My garage door would no longer open. I contacted Precision Garage Door Service and set up an appointment. Technician, Charlie B, called to let me know he was on his way and provided an ETA. Charlie arrived on time, assessed the issue and provided several different options. Charlie was professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. He completed the repair in about an hour.

First of all let me say the I chose Precision because I have used them in the past and always completely satisfied. Yesterday was no exception, James the service tech diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. He resolved the issue and was very personable. James explained everything that he was doing to me and offered three options regarding the problem. He went above and beyond in my opinion and as a matter of fact I would/will request him if/when I use Precision again in the future.

I had garage doors installed by another company in Monmouth county in my Essex county ( they installed doors when I lived in Monmouth county and installed in this home again) home. When I called for a repair, they said they wouldn’t come up here again. They referred me to use Precision Overhead Garage Doors and said they were excellent, they weren’t lying. I called them this Monday. I apologize I forgot the woman who answered the phones name. She was very professional and but cordial as well. She gathered all my information and said can we come tomorrow, is that okay? With the pandemic in place, I was aghast. Usually, when I have called other companies for other work on my home, they are giving a 2-3 week turnaround date. Of course tomorrow was great, she gave me a time span of 8am-12pm for tech to arrive. Next morning the tech called me @ 7:45 am and said he was on his way, would be at my house by 8am. Shocking. Jason arrived, looked at the doors and said whoever installed the doors, they did not use the correct rails to accommodate the garage door opener. Originally, I was told there was a $69 service; however, Jason waived that fee. Jason explained if I couldn’t rectify this issue with original installer, just call us back and they would figure out how to resolve this problem and then he left. I really could not believe how fast and professional this company was at customer service. I would highly recommend calling this company for any of your garage door needs. Some of the one stars you see on these google reviews, in my opinion, are miserable people that Mother Theresa would not be able to make happy. They look or pray for something to be wrong so they can proclaim and spread their negativity. I am being totally honest and genuine, I have nothing to gain from writing this review except to help you the Google reviewer make the correct choice.

John had a very positive attitude with a smile even with his mask. He explained and checked all three doors for me. He is quick and efficient the perfect person to have on a hot day. I was really impressed with Precision from the start. When I called in to request repair of my garage door, customer service was prompt and clear, and scheduling the service was a breeze! When the day came for service, I was impressed not only with the email and text I received giving me a profile and a picture of the serviceman who would be arriving, but also the calls I received from Kevin (our serviceman) letting me know his ETA on arriving. When Kevin showed-up, he was very professional. He quickly ascertained the problem with our garage door and offered me several options for not only fixing, but updating the garage door system. He explained everything succinctly and helped me through the financing options. He then immediately got to work and completed in the time he quoted. Overall, this was a very pleasant service experience and I'll be sure to be using Precision going forward for any further troubles with my garage.

I called Precision because I needed a new keypad for my garage door. They were able to come the same day between 2 & 6 PM. Luke showed up, he actually called and came a little early. He was very pleasant and professional. He changed the pad and got me out with plenty of time to run errands. Thanks Luke, great customer service. 5 Stars ??!
