Called up on Saturday for repair and was initially told the next available appointment was for Tuesday; however, I really appreciate Monica for taking the time to see if someone could do the repairs at the earliest possible time. She was able to get Luigi Fusaro to do the repairs on Sunday and it took Luigi about an hour and our garage door was done and functioning again. Thank you to both of you!

Tim repaired the door opener by reconnecting and tightening the chain that was loose. He did this in a very efficient manner explaining each step in the process. The door opener is now working properly.
