We were having difficulty with our garage door - it was becoming more difficult to close. And it was rubbing against and pulling out the bolts holding the motor to the wall. Jeff came to review the situation. He called before he arrived, and was on time. He diagnosed our situation, gave us several options, and fixed our issue. While doing so, he also eliminated a loud squeak that we've had for years. We were very pleased with Jeff and the service we received.

We've been using this service for years. One of our cables broke - we noticed the problem on Tuesday afternoon when I returned from an appointment and the garage door was crooked and not quite closed. I immediately called and was able to get a appointment the next day. It was a complicated job, but Matt (terrific guy) and, later, Andrew, worked on the problem, made a lot of replacements (parts were in stock) and in a few hours the door was fixed.

Imagine my surprise this morning when I realized that our cars were trapped in the garage due to a torsion spring that snapped overnight. John from Precision Door showed up on time, replaced both torsion springs and adjusted them, and now we're back in business. It is always so satisfying to deal with a good company, and Precision was just that. It was reassuring to be able to know exactly who was going to be showing up at your door, and the excellent reviews of my service person were spot on.
