Technician called when beginning his day to give us an estimate of timing and then called when he was on the way to our home. Upon arrival he assessed the situation and set about finding and implementing a solution. The technician was respectful, knowledgeable and neat (he would track each and every item that fell to the floor so he could recover it during clean-up). Friendliness is a characteristic very important for technicians and this technician was an excellent representative of friendly behavior for Precision Doors. Tim was outstanding! He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He then did a complete inspection of my garage door and opener (it had been serviced & upgraded by Precision a couple of years ago). He displayed an encyclopedic knowledge of garage doors and openers and gave me excellent advice on potential problems to watch for down the road. On top of that he was a delight to deal with! Just had the motor replaced on my garage door by Brandon and I couldn't be happier. He called about 20 minutes prior to arriving to let me know he was on his way. When he got here he quickly diagnosed the problem and give me a few options and in the end I choose the best one that suited my needs and budget. I feel I got great service, at a great price.
