I am extremely satisfied with Precision service. Brian was very helpful and not at all pushy. He explained everything in detail and told me his recommendations and my choices. In that I rent my home, I did not choose to do the comprehensive choices. I understand that the system is old and is wearing out. Brian is truly professional and I believe you have a gem of an employee. I was also pleased with the ease of booking and promptness of the reply. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone and will definitely call again if I have a problem in the future. Thank you.

Technician called when beginning his day to give us an estimate of timing and then called when he was on the way to our home. Upon arrival he assessed the situation and set about finding and implementing a solution. The technician was respectful, knowledgeable and neat (he would track each and every item that fell to the floor so he could recover it during clean-up). Friendliness is a characteristic very important for technicians and this technician was an excellent representative of friendly behavior for Precision Doors. I hope all of your technicians are as conscientious and efficient as our technician today. Thank you.

Everyone from the office staff to the repair person sent to the house was professional and pleasant. We were able to have someone come by the day after we called to address the problem. The repairman explained the problem and the options. Once a decision was made the repairs were made quickly and to my satisfaction. We were very satisfied and would recommend Percision to others.

Tim was outstanding! He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He then did a complete inspection of my garage door and opener (it had been serviced & upgraded by Precision a couple of years ago). He displayed an encyclopedic knowledge of garage doors and openers and gave me excellent advice on potential problems to watch for down the road. On top of that he was a delight to deal with! Easily winner of the "Best Service Call of the Year!" award in my book! Thanks Tim - you're the best!

Just had the motor replaced on my garage door by Brandon and I couldn't be happier. He called about 20 minutes prior to arriving to let me know he was on his way. When he got here he quickly diagnosed the problem and give me a few options and in the end I choose the best one that suited my needs and budget. I feel I got great service, at a great price. I would definitely recommend Precision (and Brandon, too)
