Charlie was explicit in his explanation of exactly what he would do and the expected results. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work he performed and his overall attention to detail. Great experience! My garage door opener had failed and my door wouldn't even open manually. Thankfully, I made an online appointment, got a text message asking for more details, and then even had the appointment moved an hour earlier than anticipated. The technician, Kevin, came straight from another job right on time. He was very friendly and professional, spoke to me as he assessed the situation, gave me several options with the benefits of each, and had all the materials he needed to get to work right away. First, he disconnected the old motor so I could get my car out of the garage, and then he got to work. Within an hour and a half, he was finished, cleaned up the small amount of debris he had on the floor, and was off to help someone else. To have such a major job done so quickly and professionally right away was a marvel. This is an excellent company.
