Your service professional Bruce Gedas that came to my risqué Yesterday 1/02/2023 was a very professional individual. We called Precision on a Saturday when our (25 year old) garage door finally gave up the ghost and were able to arrange an appointment for the Monday. The weather had different plans however and we had to do some re-scheduling to the storm. The people at Precision were very accommodating and we were able to re schedule for later the same week. The technician who arrived was knowledgeable, efficient and comnmunicated with us throughout his examination of the old door mechanism. At 25 it needed to be brought out back and shot... The tech was able there and then to quote us an estimate for replacement and once agreed, set about completely replacing the motor (and all the parts except the garage door itself). It took hours to get the job done but the technician stayed at it till after dark and installed a state of the art smart door for us on the day. The price was as estimated and the work was pristine. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, covid awareness and expertise of the entire team at Precision and especially the man that performed the work on-site. 10/10 for a very thorough job done well.
