Your technician Luke was terrific. He took time to inspect everything and later showed what needed to be done and the options I could choose from. I chose what was most necessary for now. After finishing the work he showed me step by step what he had done. Very pleased!!

This was my first experience with "Precision" and it could not have gone any better than it did. The appointment setup was fast and easy. The technician David showed when he was supposed to and the installation process went smoothly. David walked me through everything, answered any and all questions that I had. The opener is super quiet and efficient. I'm absolutely ecstatic how everything turned out. Great job David and Precision - you've got a long time customer on you hands now.

The salesman was very professional. The installation was sloppy and reckless. Bent nails were left in the trim and the water line was punctured leading to the outside water spigot. The garage door was not level with an opening not touching the garage floor. Installer had an attitude and shrugged when I mentioned the door not hitting floor. Today, 7/8/23 - the water line broke when I went to water my plants breaking 2 panels on the door. Tomorrow someone is coming out. This has been very frustrating, disappointing and time consuming on my part.

Fantastic customer service from the first call to completion of the work. I highly recommend this company for your garage door needs. David, our technician, did an excellent job in explaining the issues and giving us options to solve the problem. It was a repair and replacement of 2 garage openers on the spot. No hassles and works beautifully. What a pro! They have all the supplies on their trucks.

Precision’s technician, Chris Karnacewicz installed a garage door opener for us recently and he was the most clear, concise and personable representative of a company that we’ve ever dealt with. He explained everything before the install and showed us how to work everything that was involved. He also mentioned he was moving to Georgia soon and continuing his work with Precision. Georgia customers will not be disappointed! Everything was clean and neat when he left. We wish him every success in his future with his move and Precision. When our garage door broke, i called the company who we have used in the past and they told me it would be more than a week before they could come. Ferdinand came and fixed my garage door opener. Called and came early .. how often does that happen? Very courteous and professional. Would certainly recommend. The process from calling for an appointment until the job was completed went smoothly.

New garage door. Previous customer. Our technician Luke was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely empathetic to our situation and made recommendations based on our specific needs. He went above and beyond to assist us including getting approval for several discounts and for installing a safety latch on our broken garage door so we can have piece of mind that no one can get into the garage until the new door arrives..
